how can i delete an old account

so i changed my email but now it wants me to recieve a code from a phone number i no longer have access to or even remember. i dont want them to have my data period and they dont have any way to contact them besides a form that almost certainly goes straight into the trash. does anyone know any 'tricks' to ensure my account is deleted
