There's tons of those and they're called loan words. Words that have been implemented from other languages into Japanese. Japanese sounds consist of all sounds that end in a vowel sound with exception to ん (N). By using っ(a small つ) before a sound, you can double up the next consonant sound, or you can have long vowel sounds too. This means everything that gets imported into the language will, as you say, "have a Japanese accent."
性交 (seikou) is the native Japanese word for sexual intercourse, not to be confused with 成功 (seikou again) which is success! Well, some people might say it's a success to have sexual intercourse, though...
A few other words that have both Japanese words plus loan words that mean the same thing:
会議 kaigi = ミーティング meetingu = meeting
青 ao = ブルー buruu = blue
麺 men = ヌードル nuudoru = noodle
牛乳 gyuunyuu = ミルク miruku = milk
All of these have some subtle differences, where the Japanese word for meeting can have a larger variety of uses such as seminar (セミナー which has its own loan word, too), while meeting is used more as a business meeting. The Japanese word for blue is wider and can cover the word green, too. In fact green traffic lights are refered to as the Japanese word 青 (ao). The Japanese word for noodle is generally used when specifying a specific type of noodle, while the loanword ヌードル tends to just refer to noodles generically. The last one, the Japanese word 牛乳 is specifically cow's milk, while ミルク is a general, non-specific milk.
