Yeah the customer doesn’t care, but the employee essentially transferred $13 from the company to themselves once the customer gave a firm total.

This customer doesn’t care and I wouldn’t either, and I certainly don’t give a shit about dennys as a corporation, but it’s pretty objectively petty theft and Dennys certainly cares
