Rescue operation is completed ??
And only 6 people died?
12 casualty?
When more than 40 students were in there,
when people around them are saying there are more people under the debris,
And they haven't reached the basement.
Human life has no value in this country.

I am from New Delhi and I have seen this first time when I was in school and count was below 100 crore, somewhere around ~90+ crore. Now more than 50 crore added with same poor facilities of health and education in India.

Recorders father is the victim here, and these three basterds trying to kill him by beating him with hammer and punches, suffocating his neck. an old age man with this level of treatment can be déad in minutes but his children kept him alive.
Trying to kill over the land dispute is still a murder.
Help them please, and make these basterds famous.

Imagine flaunting the naac accreditation when they literally leave their students helpless.
They are trying to put the onus on students instead of taking accountability. How do these authorities sleep at night?
Also this is the same college that would rather build a gaushala than a hostel for their own students.

I was travelling on a bus in the opposite direction and saw a ginger/brown dog lying either sick or dead on the roadside.
I request either a rescuer or even a commuter check on him.

Today a meter guy came to me and said that my meter is showing a water usage of 700 units (kiloliters) for the last 2 months. We have been living in Delhi for years and never got a water bill because I thought it was under the 20-unit free limit.
But now that person is saying it's 700 units for just the last 2 months.
The same thing happened with our neighbors, and they had to pay ₹6,000–₹7,000 for it.
Is it a scam?
An error?
Or what could it be?
Has this happened to anyone else?

Childhood bestfriend comes to my flat last week and tells me he's not going home.
Apparently someone senior from his office found his matrimonial profile and teased him about it in public. He is really embarrassed and angry.
He confronted his family, found out that his mother and aunt created the profile for him on some matrimony website.
He's 29M and family has been looking to get him married. Their response was basically, "What's there to feel shy about? You're looking to get married only."
About him - He’s really introverted or maybe I should say self-conscious. In reagular social life, he’s good with everyone and career-wise also he’s doing quite well in life. His last relationship was quite some years back and he’s been single ever since.
From what I understand, he's not against someone helping him find a suitable person. He just doesn't want everyone to know he is looking to get married.
Now, as a 'revenge', he says he's never going to get married 😐
Now his mom calls me and tells me to talk to him, I explained his POV, she asks me "how else is he going to get married?" That I should find him someone and help him get married.. I don't know what to do now 🙂

It's the failure and apathy of Delhi University in providing accommodation to students who come from all over the country. I was among the lucky few to get a hostel during graduation, I understand what a privilege it is. But why is it a privilege at a University that calls itself the "Institute of Eminence"? Is that really that difficult?
I am not saying that all students should be able to get hostels, that is not realistic but there has been no serious effort on part of the university to fix the issue. According to DU’s Annual Report for 2024-25, the university had over 2.5 lakh students. The total number of Hostel seats is 9000. It's the apathy of the university that leads to the exploitation of the students, and the growth of leeches (PG owners). The university is equally responsible, if not more.
