Vocalist/songwriter looking for a producer collaborator — theatrical / experimental / genre-fluid
Hey! I’m a vocalist/songwriter looking to connect with a producer who genuinely wants to build collab. I’m currently developing an original song called “PROUD”. It’s theatrical, emotionally unstable, and pretty genre-fluid — it moves from vulnerable → cold/defensive → playful/bratty → increasingly chaotic → explosive → fragile.
My references are all over the place and the common thread is dramatic storytelling, extreme emotional contrast, unusual textures, and vocals that can transform with the production.
I have the lyrics, melody, vocal performance, and overall emotional direction. What I’m looking for is someone who gets excited by taking a strong artistic idea and building the sonic world around it with me.
I’m especially interested in someone who enjoys experimentation and genre mutation rather than staying inside one box.
I’m happy to share a rough demo/vocal and hear what you make too. Not looking for a generic beat — I’m hoping to find a genuine creative collaborator.
