Worth a visit! Some interesting exhibits, and a bin of older (cancelled) stamps to take home. And the building itself—once DC's main post office—is worth seeing, especially the Beaux-Arts main hall.

I first went there twenty years ago because I was staying around the corner. I really enjoyed it. Went back again ten years ago with my two year old in a stroller. Enjoyed it again.
