My rapist is suing me for child support

After raping me she framed me for child abuse, and is now suing me for child support since I could have no contact with my kids until I prove my innocence.

I have court tomorrow, finally the case to dismiss will be heard after years of waiting.

I'm so tired, I miss my kids so much, I love you both and I'm so proud of you.

The fact that this is even something that can happen triggers unfathomable rage in me. Did she get pregnant from what she did to you? Or did you two already have kids before the assault and she’s now just trying to use them as a weapon?

Either scenario is disgraceful on her part. But if it it’s the former then that just genuinely is such a new level of bs. Raping someone and then trying to falsely slander them, while also trying to financially wreck them by holding them liable for the kid you literally forced on them? (Unless the kids were born before the incident ofc) It doesn’t get much more evil than that.

Either way, it’s still shitty on her part. Child support is used in such unlawful ways anymore. You can’t tell me this world is set up for men when the system regularly does things like this. I’m so sorry you’ve had to deal with this. I hope and pray you win this case.

I was abused by a woman from ages 9-13. Every time I see a story like this my anger is uncontrollable. I always tell myself it could’ve been me in that situation if my abuser got pregnant at any point.

Its disgusting that your rapist can weaponise the fmaily courts like this, hopefully you can get the rape case resolved, which will also likely award you full physical custody with supervised visitation and child support from her.
