Can’t sign into McD connect (AUS)

Hi so I just got the job at maccas and got sent my temporary password and username, after the website made me make a new password I tried to sign in and I keep getting met with an error saying ‘sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in’ and that my account has not been added to the directory. Was wondering if anyone else in aus had this problem.

It usually takes a bit for the system to sync and sometimes u gotta wait a day, keep trying and if it doesnt work contact ur store

This happened to me too, but had to wait a few hours before it worked.
