This hero was a high school student once.. I bet he never imagined himself, at 15,16 years old, while sitting in a classroom, that one day he would save a whole school and community. Well done, sir. Very well done, and thank you.

I would't say "every one". The shooter had a handgun, how many kids could he kill? Probably didn't even have enough bullets to kill everyond in the school.

Not every one would still be alive if nothong had be done.  He is the reason every one is still alive.

"Every one of those kids" implies each individual, not everyone as a whole.
