Are there any resource packs that allow for seeing light levels better, like outside during the day?

Foxynotail no longer has a light levels indicator pack up on their site, and I'm looking for one so I can light up my builds better.

wouldn't that be fullbright? I'm looking for a light level indicator resource pack that allows you to clearly see which block has 0 light level.
