41 yr independent woman. Lives near Edmonton Alberta Canada. Locals only pls.

Love the outdoors (hiking, paddleboarding, camping, picnics at the park or reading with a blanket somewhere where you just hear the birds chirping.

Love to explore vintage shops and thrift stores

I ride my motorbike in the summer months.

I enjoy checking out books and movies at the library

I love to sing!!! Was a huge theater nerd and it's still in my blood .

I love to make things homemade, foods and cleaning spray, laundry and dishwasher soap I just prefer natural stuff less chemicals as possible.

I hope to find a loving kind gentle generous humble man who wants to grow together and possibly create a loving family that choose to impact each other's lives.

I am always working on improving myself.

I have many goals and dreams and plan on doing them with or without a partner.

I believe in being honest and open with how I feel and choose to communicate and not hold anything back.

I have beliefs and am still finding where I fit but I grew up in a Christian family.

I don't like alot of gossip and drama and negative judgment towards others.

I accept everyone's choices and would never try to change anyone and expect it in return.

I like to be a more reserved woman in public.

Anyone have similar values?.

Pls ask me anything you like, I am a open book. Pls be respectful I do reserve the right to not respond to rude or disrespectful people.

I like ppl from many cultures and would enjoy learning more about you.

But pls if you do not live near me or in Edmonton, pls don't reach out I'm not interested in online chat I am wanting long term connection in person after we agree we are compatible.

Hi all

Just camping in the area and craving some of that sweet Taber corn grilled on the fire pit...

I'd ́like to play D&D, looking for some people to play with.

Upvotes

Hello, i'm a new-ish DM (36F). I want to start up a new campaign with a small group. Looking for maybe 2/3 people to join my partner (38M) to play,

In person. Aiming for bi-weekly sessions.

My DM style: lots of handouts, homebrew world, improv, following basically 5e.

I just want to make friends, and have a great game and story.

DM me questions and we can meet and see if we click 😀

Question Farm stands near Leduc/ Edmonton?

Upvotes

I was recently at Green Thumb Kids just East of Sherwood park and they had a farm stand with hand made soaps, honey, flowers, produce, anything they had extra of and I was thinking it would be cool to go around to a few and see what unique things you can find while also supporting local farmers.

Driving around back roads trying to find them would be extremely time consuming, So if you know of or own a farm stand anywhere near Leduc or Edmonton drop the location so people can check it out

General Looking to set up or join a group to watch some anime

Upvotes

Hey-o, I moved to Leduc recently and figured I'd reach out to see if anyone else around their late 20s wants to join a weekly or bi-weekly anime group to cruise through some shows (new or old, I don't really care but we can pick something together). Alternatively, if people in the city already have something going, I'd love to join. Feel free to PM me on Reddit - thank you!

Soooo......who took out the light standard on Corinthia Drive? By the looks of the tire tracks leading up to it I'd say a little to much saturday night and way to much gas.

I am NOT the host so can’t answer a lot of questions but this is the third year.

Dressing up isn’t required but they have daily costume contests with cash prizes.

There is no ATM on site and sometimes internet isn’t great in the building so I strongly suggest bringing CASH. Food will be available but the Village at Pigeon Lake is very near.

This is at the Lakedell Hall on Highway 13, less than 1 hour SW of LEDUC

Leduc rcmp are useless

Upvotes

My friend called the rcmp on Thursday to report her uncle harassing her and her Mom. He is known to be very violent. Gave details on when she could be reached - as she works evenings and can't answer her phone at work. They didn't bother to follow up. Hope she and her Mom don't end up hurt or dead because they can't be arsed to do their job.
