No electricity in Salwa

This is also a second time this week this happened, we had about three hours of dead block a couple days ago.

What's happening?

Edit: internet is barely functional to dead too, so i wonder how big this outage is

I think it’s back in other areas too, I’m in Salwa and it came back at around 10:14. School was canceled too.

Im in salwa too …theres no electricity too im in block 11… there was power cut off yesterday too? Twice

Can yall keep us updated im tryna check on my fam but im barely getting a hold of em i think generators still didn’t kick in and cellular towers are having issues or something

i don't think they'll be bringing in generators (unless your famnhas their own)

Not sure tbh I only saw them bringing out the generators during extreme situations to prevent overloading the grid but dont take my word for it

Schools in the affected areas are being cancelled for the day

This is not planned maintenance, there is some malfunctioning with the transformers.
Planned maintenance always work on schedules.
