Have a question for y'all!

Pinto Bean will be 2 months old on the 10th, this Thursday. A normal kitten should weigh between 1.5 pounds to 2.5 pounds. Pintos last weigh is was at 15.5oz. His weight does yo-yo a bit.

The question is do you think he'll hit a pound or more by Thursday? What are your guesses? ( Ex: 1lb 3oz )

He'll get his next weigh in Thursday morning before he has his 1st meal. Let me know! 💪🏼🫘💜

Pinto Bean is doing well. He's gained weight. When I did his weigh in on the 2nd he was 14.5oz and today he's a whooping 15.5oz! 😸

Poo 💩 update: due to eating more soft food his 💩 is back to more of a soft serve ice cream. I don't see any worms.

He goes absolutely nuts during feeding time! 😹 I'll put the hard food down for the other cats and of course he goes in and starts eating on it too. I get his moist food ready come in and grab them from the other food and I know he can smell his wet food. And he starts wiggling in my hand as I'm trying to get him to his spot to eat so I can protect them from the others trying to get it. But as soon as I put him in his food dish down he goes right to it eating that is. He's definitely a goof and loves his food, even makes this little smacking noise when he eats I'll try to capture it one of these times and share it with y'all.

Now that we don't have the high temps right now, he's back to sleeping on me and being bye most of the day. He'll get up and explore and play but when it's sleepy time he's been coming back to me to nap. He's definitely a mama's boy. 😻😸

One question ❓ What would you recommend to help clean the eye goop stuff on his face? I use warm water on a cloth but it just helps loosen if his eye(s) are shut from it. He won't stay still long enough for me to keep the warm cloth on his face to get it off. I'm just wondering if there's anything I can use to help get him cleaned up quicker. TIA

It's a trap!

This safe zone has easy access with two close shelves for coming and going. Best yet, hooman slaves can't reach kitties up here, they're completely safe.

It's nail trimming time and Amber and Ivan are one of the safe zones. True, I can get a step stool and grab them. However, I would never do that. They'll eventually come down and I'll trim their nails at that time. I always establish upper and lower safe zones where the kitties can retreat to. It's the kitties world and I am simply their loyal servant.

I finally got a couple pics of Pinto Bean beans for anyone who wanted to see them! Got a back paw and the one in my hand his his front paw. These are the only Pinto Bean beans pics due to I do try and let him sleep when he is. Maybe when he's older and better I'll get bigger Pinto bean beans (if I remember)

They are a little dirty because he just got done eating a good breakfast and made a slight mess. He was hungry 😆. Now he's out and He didn't like me taking pics.

Once awake we'll try to get him cleaned up a bit so he ain't so dirty.

Today at weigh in he was 14.45 oz. He gained .05. 😁 A gain is a gain for this little guy.

Besides his weight, there's really nothing more to update about his health. Everything has been going alright. 💪🏼🫘💜 (Strong Bean Love)

Sorry I've not made an update the last couple of days nothing too huge I guess.

The last wait update I gave you guys he was 14.3 Oz and today he is 14.4 Oz. During these last three four days he's been holding steady might go down 1 oz from one day to the next like he did today from yesterday but he's holding steady and tomorrow he's going to gain even more. That seems to be the trend he's on right now.

His attitude is still the same, very fierce very determined and really coming into his own. He loves going up to the other kitties and cuddling with them and playing as long as they don't get too rough. He'll lay with another cat and just kind of watch everything till it gets sleepy and falls asleep on their fluffy bodies.

And even his poops are still doing good just a little quick update on that.

I still comb him everyday for fleas because he's one too young for treatment and two too little so he still gets combed he's gotten used to it.

Pinto Bean 🫘 is really nothing but legs LOL. He's got four very long skinny legs, he didn't get that from his mom, that holds up what looks like to be a little mini log with a head! Lol 🤣🤣🤣

The pics I took last night. I looked over and saw how he was laying there so cute so of course I had to get a picture both top and side view.

He still has to sleep with me generally on my neck or my head area. This little boy has definitely stolen my heart. So if you guys see a heart flying around just know it's mine cuz it's been stolen lol 😆 💜

This is a west window that I open during the day for them but I noticed that her coat is getting red undertones!(Sun bleaching)

That's a plant stand that I repurposed and it's just the right size for her
