Are there any parks/courts to play a pickup game of football/futsal.

There are Facebook groups where people look for casual football, I would look there

Check "Piłka Nożna Śląsk" on Facebook. If someone is short in players, they put an announcement in there, so that's the best way to join to a match if you don't have a group of friends who play regularly. There are also smaller groups dedicated to a specific pitch, for example Arena Wełnowiec.
