Sebuah minimarket di Desa Cihideung Ilir, Kecamatan Ciampea, Kabupaten Bogor, menjadi sasaran aksi penyegelan oleh puluhan warga pada Sabtu (29/8/2026) siang. Persoalan legalitas pengelolaan lokasi menjadi alasan utama di balik aksi tersebut.

Warga memasang spanduk berukuran besar di area minimarket sebagai bentuk protes. Mereka mempersoalkan kegiatan usaha yang masih berlangsung meski masa legalitas pengelolaan lokasi tersebut disebut telah berakhir sejak 2016.

Perwakilan warga, Sambas Alamsyah, mempertanyakan bagaimana minimarket tersebut dapat terus beroperasi hingga sekarang. Terlebih, menurut informasi yang diperoleh warga, pemerintah desa tidak mengetahui adanya proses perpanjangan legalitas.

"Ini justru menjadi pertanyaan kami, kenapa bisa ada di bangunan tersebut sementara Bapak Kades sendiri tidak tahu perpanjangannya seperti apa, legalitasnya seperti apa," kata Sambas.

Kades Sebut Masa Pengelolaan Berakhir Sejak 2016
Kepala Desa Cihideung Ilir, Ilman, membenarkan adanya persoalan mengenai masa berlaku pengelolaan lokasi tersebut. Kepastian itu, menurutnya, diperoleh setelah dilakukan pengukuran oleh tim Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) bersama dinas terkait dari Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Dari proses tersebut, pemerintah desa mengetahui bahwa masa pengelolaan tempat oleh pihak berinisial EM telah berakhir sejak 2016.
"Dan sekarang 2026, artinya kegiatan operasi usaha di sini, di tempat ini, berjalan tanpa izin," ujar Ilman.

Warga Ingin Lokasi Dimanfaatkan untuk KDMP
Di tengah persoalan tersebut, warga mengusulkan agar bangunan dan lahan minimarket dialihkan untuk kepentingan Koperasi Desa Merah Putih. Pemerintah Desa Cihideung Ilir juga telah mengajukan permohonan pemanfaatan aset tersebut untuk program KDMP.

Menurut Ilman, pengajuan itu menjadi bagian dari upaya desa mendukung program pemerintah pusat sekaligus mengoptimalkan aset agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan masyarakat setempat.

"Kami sudah mengajukan permohonan aset ini untuk dijadikan Koperasi Desa Merah Putih," katanya.
Pemerintah desa kini berharap Pemprov Jawa Barat dapat menindaklanjuti persoalan pengelolaan lokasi tersebut sekaligus mempertimbangkan usulan pemanfaatannya sebagai Koperasi Desa Merah Putih sesuai prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku.

The enthronement ceremony of KGPH Hangabehi as Sri Sunan Pakubuwana XIV has further solidifed the ongoing royal dispute over the title, with KGPH Purboyo having been enthroned last year.

Some important things to note:

1. Pakubuwana XIV Hangabehi's enthronement (jumenengan) process has been claimed by Lembaga Dewan Adat (LDA) Karaton Surakarta as being the legitimate one per ancient customs and traditions (paugeran) with the preceeding customary (adat) requirements for enthronement have all been completed. Indeed, the process, for anyone following this, has been long and complex, with many steps needing to be completed prior to formal enthronement.
2. Pakubuwana XIV Hangabehi's enthronement ceremony has also been noted as being complete, with the required Tarian Bedhaya Ketawang, a court dance specifically performed only during enthronement ceremonies and performed by 9 dancers (with Kanjeng Ratu Kidul herself typically appearing as the 10th dancer, according to tradition), being included in the ceremony. The enthronement of Pakubuwana XIV Purboyo has been noted as being illegitimate and incomplete due to the absence of the dance.
3. Pakubuwana XIV Hangabehi's enthronement ceremony was also noted as being attended by representatives of other Catur Sagotra courts (Keraton Yogyakarta, Puro Mangkunegaran, Puro Pakualaman), which were notably absent in Pakubuwana XIV Purboyo's enthronement, a key loophole in legitimacy claims. Representatives from multiple other traditional Nusantaran kingdoms (many of them the traditional monarchs themselves) also attended Pakubuwana XIV Hangabehi's enthronement, such as the Radya of Sumedang Larang, the Raja of Karangasem Bali, the Raja of Bolaang Mongondow, and a representative from Kanoman Cirebon.
4. A year on, the dispute continues with the Hangabehi camp now having the upper hand. After Fadli Zon's Ministry of Culture handed the keys to Keraton Surakarta revitalization project to Panembahan Agung Tedjowulan back in January 2026, the Panembahan Agung has been working closely with Pakubuwana XIV Hangabehi and Gusti Moeng's LDA to oversee the revitalization project. At the moment, the project is progressing well, putting into question where all the revitalization fund went during the tenure of Pakubuwana XIII when the Keraton went through significant disrepair due to an allleged misuse of funds, allegedly done by parties associated with Pakubuwana XIV Purboyo's mother, Gusti Asih.
5. Gusti Asih has been at the center of the controversy as well. Gusti Moeng, a sister of the late Pakubuwana XIII, and leader of LDA, has been quite vocal in voicing that Gusti Asih was using the sickly Pakubuwana XIII to made herself as garwa padmi (permaisuri*, primary consort*) and install KGPH Purboyo as crown prince, despite Pakubuwana XIII, allegedly, possessing no ability to make sound judgement due to illness and isolation from the extended royal family and adat community. The LDA has deemed that the previous installment of Gusti Asih as primary consort and KGPH Purboyo as crown prince was illegitimate as per ancient customs, and thus has, since 2022, championed KGPH Mangkubumi -renamed in 2022 by the LDA as KGPH Hangabehi- as the rightful heir.
6. Public reception has been skyrocketingly warm for Pakubuwana XIV Hangabehi. The claimant to Sunan title has been noted for his warm personality, deep respect and interest for culture, and active participation in revitalizing Keraton Surakarta as a chief cultural institution in Java. His oversight over the current Keraton Surakarta revitalization project has been noted as a key plus point, among other things such as properly handling the usual courtly ceremonies such as Sekaten, Malam 1 Suro, among others. His repeated meetings with Fadli Zon (whereas Pakubuwana XIV Purboyo is repeatedly absent) has also helped assure his stature. With the support of LDA, Pakubuwana XIV Hangabehi has also received support from across the descendants of Pakubuwana XII (barring the few inner circles of Pakubuwana XIV Purboyo especially the first three daughters of Pakubuwana XIII led by Gusti Timur), as well as the massive Paguyuban Kawula Karaton Surakarta Hadiningrat (PAKASA), an organization founded by Sri Susuhunan Pakubuwana X (the GOAT) for sympathizers of Keraton Surakarta, which has ever since the Keraton's lost of fortune post-independence play an increasingly important role to keep the Keraton afloat.
7. Pakubuwana XIV Purboyo's camp have not been quiet as well. They have a massive cyber army, reportedly called Lembaga Dewan Ambyar (they also have a Tiktok account) -a twist on "Lembaga Dewan Adat", of course- and overall they still hold the official Instagram account of Keraton Surakarta @kraton.solo (weirdly enough no attempt at making a counter-IG account hasn't been attempted by Pakubuwana XIV Hangabehi's camp). Oh and, they also happen to partner with GRIB. Yeah, that GRIB. You know, for all their talk about Pakubuwana XIV Hangabehi being a puppet of ormas (LDA), they sure do drink their own salivas pretty well.
