Advice on Indie Spitz constant paw itching

my female Indie spitz is 8.5 yo and over the past 3 months she’s been licking her paws very aggressively. she also hurt herself while playing near her ankle once that wound heals she begins to lick them so much that it starts to bleed. went to the vet, vet mentioned it’ll become alright despite complaint of her consta licking. any advice? any good brand for probiotics?

Probiotics is not the solution this seems like she has pain in her paws get that checked

Yes. Has she been dewormed recently?

If she licks her paws, they should give you an anti bacterial wash that helps soothe any infection. they lick cause it’s itchy
