My mom started feeding 5 street puppies near our house. They were tiny and cute back then and still feeds them.

Now they've grown up, hang around our house, bark and cause nuisance, and the neighbours have started complaining.

Now I'm wondering — what's the practical solution? I don't want the dogs harmed, but I also don't want constant neighbour drama.

Anyone dealt with this before?

Guys, I got my first pair of heels!! YAYYY 😭 I’ve been wanting to wear heels for so long but I was never really a heel person. I’ve always been a sneakerhead and such a tomboy. I literally had a boy cut throughout my bachelor’s and basically lived in black clothes. Never really did makeup or anything either.

And now look at me. First pair of heels, getting into makeup, buying pink stuff… who even am I at this point? Honestly, this feels like such a funny little character development moment.

Although this is not the first time I am moving away from home, I have been living here for the past two years, so it feels like the first time going away. 😭

I did not perform well while staying at home, so I had to move out. Feeling sad to leave.😔

Heyy guyss, so I am a 19-year-old and I was pretty disappointed with my birthday because, as usual, no one remembered, and I didn't celebrate either.

So for my 20th birthday, which is going to be next year, I’ve saved up a lot and decided that I’m going to celebrate my 20th birthday in the best way possible, like taking a small trip and checking off some other things from my wishlist.

I’ve also thought about gifting myself an iPhone, but now I’m kinda thinking maybe I should get another phone instead. Idk, the main reason I want an iPhone is the camera (and that pink colour is pretty, of course 😭), but I’ve heard so many negative reviews about it. Now I’m thinking maybe there are other phones that perform better and have a good camera.

Please suggest what phone I should get. Thanks!!

It's around 1am right now I'm on the terrace. Ngl this is the best time i find most relaxing . So the thing is life has been tough lately got conference out from 1 afsb multiple exam failures feeling kinda lost . I have friends to talk to but don't feel like doing it .

There's too much of self doubt I'm around 25 now and still processing everything , still trying to find a job . I passed 12 in 2019 and since then I've been preparing for competitive exams and i used to think that I'm capable of big things so never even tried to give small exams, was always running behind officer level jobs mainly defence but now I'm around 25 and still unemployed multiple exams failure multiple conference outs.

So now my thought process is like should i settle for less? Or when i had time i should have taken any job to support my family and get independent . But now i feel like a failure who has failed my family's ambition who always supported me more like i failed myself.

I'm lost what should i do!! Even though I'm trying to be positive but still the negativity is just too heavy .

Guys I have observed that boys are more busy or they pretend to be so cuz whenever I try to have some conversation about mental health or whatever is going in life. Because sometimes you don't feel like to talk to your parents so you talk to them or rant to them so you share your mental health and rant to your friends but whenever I have tried to talk to my male friend they never stick to the topic properly and will start sending memes or reels. On the other hand whenever I share what's going on in my life or my mind even if they are busy they take out their time for me or ask about me later on when they get free. Others experience can vary but this is what im feeling lately. I feel like boys are the creatures with whom you can never talk about serious things unlike girls with them I have taken most siliest to some decisions which I could have not taken on my own

TLDR: Everyone who is a salaried professional and has a stay at home spouse, should be grateful for it.

I am a middle aged married working professional, stuck in the corporate race. As we move ahead(if it can be called that) in our corporate lives, invariably the working hours extend (there could be exceptions), meetings and calls spillover to home and we prioritise unconsciously work over home.

In such lives, a spouse who voluntarily stays at home and handles that aspect of one's life is a blessing. I am grateful for it and have conveyed my appreciation of it. In case, anyone else is in the same boat, do treat this post as a reminder of that privilege and be grateful as well as appreciative towards your spouse.

The first picture is of my (22F) right arm. These two spots appeared suddenly this evening, they weren't there 1 hour before I discovered them. I was out with my boyfriend (23M) and when we went home, he discovered he has brown spots on his left palm too (second picture is of his palm). what can these be? what should the course of action be?

also, how can these appear suddenly and on both of us? could this be sth contagious?

Edit: We will obviously visit a dermatologist, but it’s yet to be scheduled, we are both busy rn. Besides such spots should be observed following the ABCDE guide.

Until then we wanted to ease our worries by having a discussion and see whether someone else has it too.

We asked in an Indian subReddit because we thought maybe it’s a reaction to some seasonal plants/flowers because we were out on a walk and bought fruits and vegetables later. So I’m leaning towards sth related to plants and bugs. Since I’m not well aware about the local or seasonal plants, I figured I should ask the community about it.

Also, dw we aren’t gonna take serious medical advice from a Reddit comment section. We just want to get an idea about the situation before we get to visit the dermat. If the cause is a plant or a bug, it lowers the stakes greatly.
