Final decision row blank

I'm checking my IRCC GCKey, and under Final Decision, the field is completely blank.

At the same time, my Eligibility and Background Verification both show as "Completed".

Has anyone had their Final Decision box show up completely blank like this? What does it usually mean, and can I contact anyone to know?

I’ve ordered GCMS notes a month ago but haven’t received it yet.

It has been blank since 2 months.

Yes, it's normal. Means final decision hasn't been made yet. But sounds like you should be close.
