Imagine living your life this angry.

u/SharpGuesser 6d ago

Imagine how much bodily fluid she must consume treating restaurant employees like so.

Yeah, I'm a high school teacher and I have students go off like that. Once they wind themselves up it takes forever for them to wind back down. It's awful.

u/mkat23 5d ago

No thank you

u/Flashmemory256 6d ago

Context from employee:

"We had a customer come in with her order, check it and leave. She then comes back 20 minutes later complaining that it’s soggy, which of course it would be after that long. We offer her money back and she gets offended that we didn’t immediately jump to remake her order. We then go to remake her order and she proceeds to insult us the whole time while we’re waiting for her food to come out. The cashier then snaps back after several minutes of this woman’s tirade, prompting this exchange."

u/BjornBjornovic 6d ago

So she was trying to get two meals for free

u/dtb1987 6d ago

I don't miss food service or retail work. Sending good energy to those poor workers

u/Nakittina 5d ago

Thank you. Scared for the holidays. :(

u/ZombieNinjaPirates 6d ago

comes back 20 minutes later complaining that it’s soggy

That is all I need to know. There is no pleasing people who approach food, take out and eating with this much disregard for common sense.

u/Flashignite2 6d ago

The workers really did everything to oblige her but still she was an asshole about it. If they remade my order i would be so thankful. But i wouldnt do that in the first place. Waiting that long the food do become soggy and it is what it is.

u/GLC911 6d ago

When I worked this job, I’d just stare at the person until they either shut up or walked out. I’d keep saying “when you’re ready to interact like an adult, we can get you straightened out.” It worked about 75% of the time.

u/Loulouvaughn37 5d ago

Yep... so just a scammed. Sounds about right.

u/purplebuttplug51 5d ago

She wants free stuff and will now post on Google one star review..what a b

u/BEEZY086 6d ago

u/ProblemLongjumping12 5d ago

You read my mind.

I would rather become permanent friends with a rope.

u/RicardoCabezass 6d ago

When are people going to figure out that they can be recorded anywhere in public?

u/raulrocks99 6d ago

Maybe around the same time that they figure out that private businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone, especially belligerent sociopaths.

So...never? 🤷‍♀️

u/Silly_Resolve5323 6d ago

“It’s not about the money”
“Give me my money”

u/Apprehensive_Rope348 6d ago

Listen, she’s grown and has $2,000 on her Cash App.

u/Original_Ear4265 4d ago

Out of the way, everyone! The Rockefellers are here with their (checks notes) Cash App?
Ah, to be a thousandaire…

u/Bulky_Ad1387 6d ago

That voice!!

u/RevolCisum 6d ago

Yes! The nasal sound at some point literally hurt my ears!

u/Loulouvaughn37 5d ago

So shrill

u/mrmemo 6d ago

Manager needs to grow a spine. You have every right and encouragement to tell me about problems with my restaurant's food, staff, or building. You do not get to berate my employees and spout vulgar bile in the dining room in front of other behaved customers.

Tell them to leave, and when they refuse (because of course they will), call the cops. They'll tell Karen what they've told countless Karens before: a business has no obligation to serve you, or make your food the way you want, or even give your money back if you demand it. You can try to pursue all of that through claims court, but today you have to leave the property right now.

And then just let the trash take itself out. She'll throw a tantrum and refuse to leave, so the cops arrive and she makes it worse for herself, and eventually she's being carted away with a new set of shiny bracelets.

u/-You_Cant_Stop_Me- 6d ago

I was a manager of a Mexican restaurant about 11 years ago. Had someone order the "spicy chicken quesadilla" (we toasted it both sides btw), a woman tried to get the meal taken off the bill because it was too spicy. She had an about 2cm² peice of the quesadilla left on her plate that had a half ring (minus a small bite) of jalapeño in it. There was jalapeño diced up and mixed all through the chicken, veg and cheese mix in the quesadilla, but apparently this one bit that wasn't diced up was far too hot so she yelled at the waiter and kicked up a fuss until he called me over.

I refused to take it off the bill because:
1) "Spicy" is in the name. 2) Jalapeños aren't crazy hot and she'd eaten loads of them in the quesadilla already. 3) The quesadilla was pretty much eaten. 4) You don't treat my staff like shit. This is most important point to me.

u/2oocents 6d ago

What did the manager do that was spineless... and which one was the manager?

u/BorisTheBlade04 6d ago

Manager was seemingly the older lady who took over the register. “The mom” if I’m understanding the lore right. She absolutely should not have given the money back. She needed to take over the discussion so her employee doesn’t speak and the rage is focused on her to protect the employee. I’d tell the employee to leave normally, but she was filming so I can see why she stayed. But then I’d defend the employee. You CANNOT allow the public to treat your staff this way. She should have refused the refund and call the cops.

u/DistantKarma 6d ago

I worked at Home Depot from 2002-2007, and I saw so many times a person come in wanting to return an item that was basically used, no receipt, no credit card info, but demanding a cash refund. The returns cashier would explain the store policy, even offering store credit, but would just get verbal abuse back in return. Finally, a manager would come over and circumvent all the cashier's training and the actual store policy and just give the asshole their money, while the asshole glared at the cashier for just doing her job correctly. Most times the returned item was just chucked into the compactor. The worst example of it I ever saw was a 28K BTU A/C window unit that probably sold for more than $500, and was clearly at least 5 years old, with rust on the top.

u/Hiondrugz 6d ago

Call the cops and just have her removed and laugh as she gets tased and repeatedly says "I know my rights" while simultaneously not knowing them.

u/2oocents 6d ago

It's a fun fantasy, but was settled long before the cops would have showed up and not have been able to do anything but make her leave... most of the time people like this quiet right down before getting tased.

Plus, having police outside is bad for business

I still don't see how the manager was spineless

u/SharpGuesser 6d ago

Yeah, but its bad business strategy, it's easier to just not waste and time resources on these fucks, just get them out and move on so you can do your job and save some energy.

u/TheHykos 6d ago

The absurdity of someone like this calling others ignorant.

u/Old-Fisherman-8280 6d ago

Her walking up with her arm up is a threat and is assault. Even if she wasn’t going hit the person recording, she still made that advance. Cops should have been called right then

u/illbegoodipromis 6d ago

Trespass garbage humans immediately so they can never come back. If everyone did this they would run out of restaurant options. I genuinely hate motherfuckers that act like this.

u/sideeyedi 6d ago

I'm a grown ass woman! says woman wearing a pajama top in a restaurant.

u/Em_lasagna 6d ago

How it did go on this far? Do people not trespass disrespectful customers anymore???

u/Swolar_Eclipse 6d ago

In 2026 CE, why do people still think their permission has anything to do with them being recorded in public?

News flash: while in public, you shouldn’t have any expectation of privacy regarding your image/likeness/voice being recorded and posted. SCOTUS will back me up on this.

u/2oocents 6d ago

Can someone translate 3:32?

u/Apprehensive_Rope348 6d ago

“I paid my bill. Like I said, you can’t protect her. Cause she’s ignorant. No, I want my money back on my card. I don’t want my money back in cash. Put my money back on my card.” That part?

u/2oocents 6d ago

no... that was at 1:17

u/tittysprinkles112 6d ago

She probably ate all of the food and is still demanding her money back. It's an old scumbag trick. If she hadn't eaten all of the food she would be showing it to them.

u/TheDonger_ 6d ago

Yeup

Very very popular tourist spot near me with hundreds of ppl daily, they got a sign plastered on their counter in both English and other common languages that says:

" if more than a quarter of your food is missing you get no refund and no remake"

They get a... LOT... of entitled tourists trying to treat it like its an American establishment lol

The place has good food too its crazy that they even get this issue that commonly that they need a sign

u/Willowx19stop 6d ago

About 20 years ago I was working at an IHOP, and we had a young lady up front, who was the hostess. She came and got me. And I had to go up front to find out what the problem was. This lady put her name down on the wait list was told it would be about 20 minutes. She came back 3 hours later. Wanting to be sat right now because it's her turn and I said, like, ma'am, you're like 3 hours late, I have this lobby full of people that have been sitting here patiently waiting to be sat. So if you want to be sat, you need to put your name back on the list again. Would you like to put your name on the list? And then she proceeded to go off and call me a racist.lol

u/YooGeOh 6d ago

Who toast...who dont....who toast dont...who dont toast a quesadilla on bith sides????

u/joonduh 6d ago

Can businesses just kick out unruly and abusive customers without giving them money back? I feel like people should be entitled to refunds when appropriate, but abusing the staff should be a deal-breaker right? Like gtfo or you're gonna get trespassed and forfeit whatever refund would've come to you. I'm no restaurant owner but I'd love to have that as a policy.

u/Putthebunnyback 6d ago

Yes, they can. If the customer wants a refund they can pursue the matter in civil court. Which is what I would've done if I were the employee: get out, and no refund. If she won't leave, call the cops.

u/sweezitle 6d ago

Idk why people think being mean will make them more likely to do what they want. It makes me want to do the exact opposite

u/demonsdencollective 6d ago

"I came here decent."

I somehow doubt that.

u/RebelliousInNature 6d ago

Throw the money on the floor

u/read-my-thoughts 6d ago

I have it on mute but let me guess, she said you better not be playing with me

u/Federal_Holiday5686 6d ago

u/TheDillinger88 6d ago

Love the customer leaving the store mouthing the words “I’m sorry” haha. That pretty much sums it up.

u/TopGroundbreaking469 6d ago

I like the part where she claims it’s not about money but then proceeds to ask for her money.

u/BeautifulArtichoke37 6d ago

What angry meatball.

u/dbell 6d ago

What is it with the looping? Do they mentally break?

u/robtbo 6d ago

Racist, ignorant, insufferable human.

u/Alarming-Rip-8253 6d ago

What an insufferably annoying asshole

u/Santa_always_knows 6d ago

At that point, I would have thrown that money at her and she would have been picking it up off the floor.

u/Fleetingfarts 6d ago

God, her voice is like nails on chalkboard. I used to work in restaurants and people like this are all too common. Entitlement and a lack of social awareness.

u/DaSunHatesMe 5d ago

What a lovely classy lady :)

u/jefftatro1 6d ago

"You ignant ass hoe"

u/brvheart 6d ago

What the fuck is wrong with the manager of that restaurant? That lady wouldn’t have seen a dime back from me. The cops would have been called before the video started.

u/minchiastaifacendo 6d ago

I like how she equates Cash app to an AMEX

u/Santa_always_knows 6d ago

I had a boss call someone a twat after they berated me and then him. I worked in insurance and this guy was known to be one of the nicest guys in the business and I had rarely heard him say cuss words and I hadn’t heard the word twat in years 😂 to this day, still the best boss I’ve ever had. Good dude.

u/GreyBeardEng 6d ago

There are far to many people out there that think they deserve a massive amount of respect from people they don't even know.

u/Orangezag 6d ago

u/JenIee 6d ago

u/jonasu25 6d ago

u/dolphunee 6d ago

Holy hell, she just gets louder and more obnoxious with each passing second.

u/Hiouchi4me 6d ago

I’ve got a screaming headache after listening to that.

u/Ubockinme 6d ago

Can I get in the “Slap the crap out of her” line?

u/False_Rhythms 6d ago

The wronger they are, the louder they get. It's always a tell.

u/External-Emotion8050 6d ago

I saw a woman walking around electronics at a Walmart. She went into a rage throwing a dramatic tantrum like this but worse. She was screaming at the employees about being racist and launched into a highly dramatic display that was obviously planned in advance. She demanded to see the general manager. Fortunately when the GM showed up he was a black gentleman who knew exactly what was going on. Police arrived. She was eventually arrested. I didn't check You Tube but I'm sure it's there somewhere.

u/amatrixa 6d ago

It’s like “here’s your money, don’t come back or you’ll be removed and we’ll call the police.”

u/Loulouvaughn37 5d ago

Man, if I was there listening to her dumb ads go on and on... I woulda just walked right up to her and started screaming in her ear.... like how's it feel? Your voice is so damn shrill bitch. Good lord. Im angry just having watched this.

u/IconoclastJones 5d ago

We’ve completely lost our way in terms of the definition of a Karen.

u/Abraxas777 5d ago

The constant repeating of every phrase...

u/cRaZyDaVe23 5d ago

u/Maleficent_Ad_3070 5d ago

u/MakeupHorder7 4d ago

u/Bluematic8pt2 6d ago

u/NYC-WhWmn-ov50 6d ago

u/riggerz123 6d ago

u/SnooCats5701 5d ago

"You don't have permission to record me!"

Lawyer, here. What I found funny is how this woman commits an assault (by making the cammer flinch at the fake incoming punch) and in the same moment screams that the cammer doesn't have permission to record her.

The irony is that the cammer does not need permission to record while the subject of the video would need permission to hit the cammer in order for her actions to not be illegal. Permission is a defense against crimes like assaults or battery, etc. E.g., some people get off on getting beaten up by dominatrixes. If they tried to press charges or sue the dominatrix, the dominatrix would use permission as the defense. That trail it would come down to whether or not there was sufficient evidence of permission.

TL;DR - this person is wrong in ways she hasn't even imagined yet.

u/Capital-Ad4361 4d ago

What happened

u/23FlavorsInDrPepper 4d ago

My favorite was the very end when she says “The food was triflin’”

u/unclenastyfingers69 4d ago

This lady needs to see a therapist or just stay away from other humans. Her behavior is straight trash and has zero shame for it. What the actual fuck is wrong with people?

u/newleaf2021 4d ago

“What is you recording me for?” Followed by “You trying to be smart”

u/Prudent-Painter-9507 3d ago

“I din’t do nuffin!”

u/BfZack 3d ago

I love how they give her her money back but she still stands there shooting her stupid mouth off and they basically have to push her out the door. “It wasn’t about the money” yeah it was about an excuse to yell at people with her idiocy.
