Need one suggestion, currently doing 2 jobs

1 at a shitty local software house

2 with a US based company (remote)

I am occupied from 9 am to 2 am with these jobs, need suggestions which one should I choose, 1 is toxic but stable. 2 is high pay (4x of job 1 and I have 5 years of experience in this industry) but the client seems to be impatient and not trusting much always asks for update and checking up on me but is good with pay, should I leave my 1st job and focus on some personal life ? Or should I stick to both until one runs out, last time I did this second job ended within 3 months.

Need your suggestions if anyone has been in this situation.

How do you manage this.

Has anyone done this before what are the side effects.

Can one make out of this life or is it just a never ending loop

hello, if anyone here can help me and give info on whether I can choose pre med in hsc 1 if i picked computer in matric, I don't mind giving past bio exams as long as they don't make me wait a year for hsc 1 admission, I went to the board office in hyderabad in late may early june after giving my matric papers to ask info on this and they said it is somewhat possible but can only help or give more info when the matric result comes out, which it did come out i am just waiting for the marksheet so I can go there and confirm, in the meantime I have gotten admission in a nearby college in my area but in pre eng, but the principal has stated you can go to the board office for this matter and if it is possible you could go into pre med. I keep checking the board websites and notifications but i can't find anything definitive, I asked my uncle and he said in his time his classmate did switch over so it might still be possible.
