This is partially due to, and I’m sorry I’m really not trying to be mean or cruel here - this woman having that upside down pear shape body type. Narrow-er hips and waist and thighs disproportionately smaller than her arms would be in relation to them.
It’s a shame and again it’s not like their fault I think it may be like thyroid related, but that’s generally why women seem to elect to wear that style. The straight down wide pant leg kind of hides that disproportionate body shape.
