As happenstance, my life has been one disappointment after another. But I now believe that everything happens for a reason. This started when I was added to the person or interests list at 13. Since then, this program has been in my life and has ultimately come back into my life to finish the job it started when I was 13. If it wasn't for somebody else's intervention in my girlfriends life, and my being able to connect the dots, I believe 2 negatives combined in this instance do make a positive. I won't disclose the parts of her being on this list as her life is private but I will however say that this was the only thing that I could find which would in turn be the reason she and I are both on this server that is being hijacked by someone for their own personal gain.

I understand I've stated many theories in the previous months that have made me seem just as mentally unstable and crazy as those that have come before me but I assure you, of I'm not being driven by the program, walking the streets scared for my life, I'm actually a very sane grounded individual, completely heterosexual and with no illegal intentions in my mind. I am very much however a believer that everything happens for a reason in the grand scheme of things.

I've been very much pressured into believing that this is just for this reason, this is just for this reason but it's been my attitude and my own and confidence and belief in myself to never sell out that has kept me going. Regardless of how stupid I was supposed to be feeling and regardless of others opinions and the shade many people have thrown my way throughout the course of my life, I've maintained that, "I would rather be hated for being who I am than loved for something I'm not". It's when I've become someone who is hated for being something I'm not that it's become a problem and it's what had lead me and driven me to this point. So here goes.

Through remote neural monitoring that began in the 60s here in the United States and can be traced back to a reappearance here in the early 90s as "The voice of God" and is now again making an appearance and is in a new edited version of the script. The voice of God program was made known to the public as a v2k program that was unleashed to rid the public of homosexuality and was someone's attempt at playing God before being shut down. As someone who is experiencing this "phenomenon" I can assure you this new script has a very big difference than the original which was made to kill all homosexuals or incarcerate them to its new objective which is still somewhat running alongside it's original content but has had some new additions that give a man the option to stay alive so long as he identifies as homosexual. So in a sense it's very counterproductive to the scripts original intention. In the beginning I wrote this off as something that was just in place to drive me even more insane or as a part of the "voice of God" script to test me so that I may be ultimately judged by my course of actions. However after what I feel, passing the judgement 3 times, I'm still being tested and tortured. So the fact that the torture was a part of this script is what's lead me away from the fact that this script is being utilized by honest law enforcement and has been hijacked along with the same channel that was originally utilized by the people who connect to all of us for national security. I believe they much like in coded communication are using the signal to feed everyone not just people on the "targeted individuals" list objectives as well as their feelings and desires. I believe these people have been taking their roles as "God" one step further and decided to intervene in the lives of even those people that aren't old enough to have committed any sins against society as of yet and are just trying to live their lives. I believe everyone in my great city has been effected and everyone in their own respected cities is also being effected. Someone with a ego so big that they need 4 spots to park their truck.

As for how long this has been going on and as for where these people come from, I still cannot determine that as Iam not in a position to make those determinations at this point. I very much feel that in the very near future, I will be in a position to determine this alongside the people with the authority to do so. I've used the map of targeted individuals in the US as well as the entire globe and noticed that this is happening mainly in the United States more so than anywhere else on the globe. So did the most part, I believe all of us Americans and maybe as far as Mexico are all victims. All of our lives are being controlled through the remote neural monitoring.

Making progress in my research has been very difficult because for whatever reason of you use ai technology, you'll find that it has been given very strict restrictions to not discuss anything with remote neural monitoring in it. Even after giving me the facts about where this type of research is being done and telling me it's all facts, the ai will then explain that remote neural monitoring is propaganda and "phenomenon". It completely ignores the further questions about the monitoring and instead offers therapeutic options to better alleviate any symptoms I "believe" I may be having. Basically offering me a warm beverage instead. Upon my insistence, it actually kicks me off the server. So with that being said, someone has many deterrents keeping people from gaining more knowledge about this subject.

I've also noticed that in person communication about even the most caring, loving people in my life proves to be rather difficult and ends in arguments, headaches or further distractions of some sort. Amazingly enough, people will even go-to blaming themselves for their roles in what they've done prior to allowing me to progress in the research. Literally insisting that they are responsible in hopes of being a stop to my research. This program which I believe is effecting every single man woman and child in my city, I now believe is actually being run through all of America and I'm intent on ending it.

Today a chance coincidence of medication brought me to doing an image search of the term legra-200, the back of a medication...... Lead to the result of a water treatment plant. Very odd I thought but in my quest for knowledge I found that amazingly enough it lead to a water treatment plant right around the corner from where I grew up. Literally less than 1 mile from where I grew up. Why would this Google image search lead me directly to this water treatment plant? So lo and behold why would this treatment plant be the result of the back of a medication, a knockoff medication at that? So believe it or not, this reminded me of a program where everyone's waste water was being monitored in order to gain knowledge of everyones everything and I liked further into the Google images of this facility only to find that in the background of the pictures there is non other than one of the huge towers that very much resembles a cell tower but it seems to be missing a lot of the components that a cell tower requires. So again, coincidence? I think not. This company has it's hands in everything :

They very much have the opportunity to in some way or another get their influence through employees in everything. They very much would have to follow nccer regulations and would also be there to service this equipment throughout the years. While I'm understanding that pinning this to solely this company again seems highly unlikely, I've progressed to the point of testing the theory of let's see what disabling that tower will do. Why is this tower behind a water treatment facility company that has its hands in everything doing behind this company that is right around from where I grew up?

So with this new knowledge, and from the confusion of those around me I've very much realized I'm on the right path in order to prove that I'm that guy that has stayed true to myself and my word. I’m not asking if the subject is real or not, but rather if it is even occurring in my city.

I keep seeing graffiti saying “stop gang stalking” yet the only testimonies to “prove” it’s happening in the city is people connecting weird dots, people talking about crazy conspiracies involving the city politicians, and people making outrageous claims of “systematic injustice” (which I’m not denying or disproving, but most of them are druggies in the street who have given up on reality and life)

I’m asking not just because I want to know if it’s happening in my city at all and who or what I should watch out for, but if I should truly be worried as I’m an Urban Explorer, and am concerned if that puts a target on my back.

It took me a million years to figure out that maybe I actually needed to get a job for my gangstalking to end.

Because apparently, even if you're wealthy, due to inherit money, worked and saved your whole life so you wouldn't have to work, would never be a public charge, and your hobbies are genuinely valued by your community—writing books, playing in a band, raising a family, whatever—you can still somehow be treated like you're not a productive member of society.

And in order to reach parole and successfully assimilate back into society after doing your time, you have to complete the same basic requirements they give an ordinary prisoner:

At the Sentencing Hearing, the Government introduced into evidence records of Mr. Williamson's text messages to his former standby counsel in the Houston criminal case (Mike Essmyer), dated immediately before and on June 19, 2014. For example, on June 13 at 19:56 Mr. Williamson texted “If this gang stalking cont[inues] somebody is going to get hurt or killed.” The next day at 20:33 he texted “the gov[ernment] is using civilians in gang stalking they have also been sending a lot of people wearing Nike shirts that say Just Do It. The gov[ernment] is trying to provoke violence to get people hurt or killed by this conspiracy....” On June 19 at 01:27, he sent the message: “Contact the D.C. FBI and police about all those stalking ... so I can file charges ... The FBI is going to cause somebody to get hurt or killed protecting these criminals.” See Sentencing

1. 2014 — Conviction

The U.S. Attorney's Office for D.C., which issued a December 18, 2014 press release announcing Williamson's jury conviction.

It says Jeffrey Henry Williamson, 49, of Las Vegas, was convicted on December 16, 2014, after a jury trial in D.C. The government's evidence concerned his approximately 4½-minute 911 call in which he threatened to kill an FBI special agent working in Denver.

2. 2015 — Eight-year sentence

The DOJ subsequently reported that Williamson was sentenced on March 10, 2015, to eight years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release.

3. 2018 — D.C. Circuit appeal

The court explains that the June 19, 2014 911 call wasn't an isolated incident. Before it:

• Williamson had a history of confrontations with FBI Special Agent Brian Schmitt dating to 2005–06.
• He made 14 messages to an Assistant U.S. Attorney on June 2, 2014.
• On June 9, he called the office of Schmitt's supervisor and said Schmitt and the supervisor should be told he was going to hunt them down and kill them.
• Ten days later came the 911 call that resulted in his prosecution.

Williamson admitted making the threat, but disputed the required retaliatory intent, arguing that he believed Schmitt and other FBI agents were harassing him. 

Williamson also sought to argue that he had been entrapped into making the threat. He suggested that Schmitt's purpose for harassing him was to induce him to commit a crime.

4. 2020-Present- New Charges and Mental-health proceedings

While Williamson was nearing the end of his eight-year sentence, he allegedly sent letters threatening:

• the Assistant U.S. Attorney who had prosecuted him,
• the prosecutor's family, and
• another FBI agent.

A grand jury indicted him in September 2020.

The appellant, Jeffrey Henry Williamson, is a prisoner at the Federal Correctional Complex in Butner, North Carolina. While nearing the end of his eight-year sentence for threatening to murder an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Williamson mailed a series of letters threatening not only the Assistant U.S. Attorney who prosecuted him but also the prosecutor’s family and an FBI agent. In his letters, Williamson recounted dreams of murdering the prosecutor and his family, and asked “How does that make you feel? There will be justice/you made a terrible mistake.” App. 3. As to the FBI agent, Williamson wrote: “the following BOP staff gang stalking + harassment as well as Butner FCI #1 has caused me nightmares of shooting FBI agent [X] in his head with a 300 mag sniper rifle at 300 yards like a deer”. App. 3. A grand jury in the District of Columbia indicted Williamson in September 2020 for those threats, and Judge Walton denied Williamson’s motion to be released pending his trial. App. 227. He has not yet been tried on those charges. During pretrial proceedings, Williamson finished serving his eight-year sentence for his earlier offenses. The pretrial detention order has continued his confinement at FCI Butner.

Jeffrey Williamson was indicted for mailing letters threatening an FBI agent and a federal prosecutor while serving a sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution (“FCI”) in Butner, North Carolina. In June 2021, when his sentence expired, Williamson was committed to pretrial detention. After a court-ordered psychiatric examination concluded that he met the standard for insanity, the government moved to dismiss his indictment without prejudice “solely for reasons related to [his] mental condition.” J.A. 268.

The government also asked the district court to stay the dismissal order and commit Williamson to FCI Butner for 45 days so he could be evaluated for dangerousness under 18 U.S.C. § 4246. That provision authorizes civil commitment of individuals whose release poses a danger to the public. As applicable here, it applies to persons “in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons” whose charges “have been dismissed solely for reasons related to the[ir] mental condition.” 18 U.S.C. § 4246(a). If the director of the facility where the person is held determines he meets the statute's standard for dangerousness, the director must file a so-called dangerousness certificate. Id. This certificate stays the person's release pending civil commitment proceedings provided for in the statute. Id.
