why is my phone like this....... i loaded up the game on android and for some reason they don't have pupils i tried reinstalling it but i had the same issue, does anyone knows how to fix this?

Thats a common bug a lot of people have been getting, they said theyre fixing it in the next update! Which will hopefully be soon
