Like all other elements: height, social status, looks, and wealth. RACE MATTERS! Now, before everyone gets triggered, saying, "Oh, it doesn't, race has nothing to do with relationships... blah blah blah", well, it might not. However, it certainly has to do with where you are placed in the hierarchy and how an average woman perceives you.

We all know who the "Chad" races are when it comes to dating, so I won't go into that too much. Basically, it includes any race of men who have positive PR in the dating market.

Similarly, there are other races who rank very low in this hierarchy. Again, I won't specify, but we all know who they are.

So, how does this affect you as a man? If you are at the top of the racial hierarchy, attractive women will most likely approach you first. Sometimes, if you travel to a foreign land, you won't need to put in much effort, maybe a smile here and there, and you have her number. Maybe she will go on casual dates with you. The point is, finding romantic success becomes straightforward.

On the other hand, if you belong to a race that ranks lower on this hierarchy, personal appearance, sense of humour, or an outgoing personality may feel secondary, you will most likely be placed on the bench or the waiting list by default.

Most attractive women will have a "too good for you" attitude. You will most likely attract women who are considered unattractive, or older women who no longer care about the race factor and are simply looking for a stable provider to settle down with. Even if an attractive woman dates you, it is usually because you bring a lot to the table, whereas she would demand far less effort from one of those preferred groups.
