I can see the optical illusion in the left portion. Explain the right portion and how this quote fits here.

Thanks for this photo. Much more clear here. However what's the joke ? Is it just that the right one is an old woman but has profile of a young woman. But then what's the left vase doing here? Since it's an inanimate object, it doesn't make sense Or it's just a lame attempt at joke and I am reading too much into it.

Look again at the "vase" on the left. Try to see the negative space around it

It’s a classic illusion. Is it a young or an older woman?

Right figure can be either an old or young woman. Check the original as this seems to have lost details which would make it clearer

Do you se a young woman looking to the back or an old woman looking to the cup?

Poorly drawn old woman looking towards the cup on table. Where's the young woman ? Wtf my brain is not braining.

From what i see. The right looks like a shot of girl looking away from the camera, but if you look closely, the part that looks like necklace ( black circle ) is the mouth, the part that looks like backjaw ( blue ) is the nose, the eyelashes ( red ) and ears ( yellow ) is the eyes. Not sure if it helps or clear your question, but i hope it's help
