What's your process when a customer says "this is broken" with zero context?
This is especially painful for small SaaS teams, since the founder or developer often ends up playing support, QA, and detective all at once.
You ask what page they were on, what they clicked, which browser, what happened before it broke, and sometimes you still can't reproduce it.
