Sent out at like 6pm Friday after 7 months of hell. Some notable events were:

*All but 4/19 GMs quit in 8 weeks over terrible DM
*A manager finding out we owed royalties before DM or DO three times
*No trucks for a full week because the owner didn’t want to talk to corporate, even though they agreed to do a payment plan (that again, manager had to set up)
*Multiple trucks skipped
*Forced pregnant girl to stand all shift and fired her for needing accommodations (like days off for appointments and the ability to sit if she’s dizzy)
*Allowed a GM to be racist and sexually harass high schoolers
*Consecutive months of bounced payroll with zero communication
*Replacement checks constantly 1-3 weeks late
*Multiple eviction notices on front doors
*Debt collectors come to store
*Power, gas and water shut offs back to back at multiple stores
*Company cars get repossessed (and told we have to pay retail because they were trash
*All vendors lost (pest control, HVAC, plumber, Cintas…)
*Owners of check cashing places coming to stores and harassing employees and managers over bounced checks and demand payment (or else)
*Now facing $1.6m mil foreclosures

Oh, and he knew his franchise agreement was getting terminated years in JULY. Never attempted to sell. Didn’t sell. We’re closed until we sell.

Last year on Labor Day weekend I pulled the owner aside and told him he was going to lose the stores if he kept being absent and on his BS.
He laughed and said verbatim: “Even if one day all I have is DM1 and DM2; I’ll be just fine.
Everyone is replaceable.” One year later…

Just a regular hand tossed large with pepperoni and I was completely unprepared for it.

The crust hand the most perfect crunch and wasn't too elastic. The pepperoni which is usually flat and more "raw" had these ripples around them with a slight crunch to the outer side as well. The dough was more thin than usual.

There's this exact moment when it blossoms in the oven, the people there got it right tonight.

Yesterday I went to a Domino's location to pick up a carry-out order and I witnessed an older male employee loudly berating and swearing at several college-aged female employees because he didn't think they were working fast enough. The woman who brought me my order looked like she was on the brink of tears. I felt so bad for them.

I'm not normally the type of person who pulls out his phone and starts filming uncomfortable scenes, but I did snap a picture of the employee in question. Nobody, regardless of age, gender, etc., deserves to work in those conditions with an asshole like that.

Who can I reach out to, to ensure that this individual is dealt with appropriately?

EDIT: I was able to locate the franchisee's contact information and I sent them a message detailing what I witnessed.

EDIT2: The amount of people responding to this kind of behavior by laughing, attempting to justify it, or saying that I shouldn't get involved is not only mind-boggling, but also disgusting. If this was your sister, girlfriend, daughter, etc., would you react the same way?

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK JUST HAPPENED?

I don't know if it was just my store or if this happened everywhere, but I feel like I have been thrown around and every possible position and been fucked every which way besides consensually after today/tonight.

I was supposed to work a driving Rush shift tonight, 4:30 to 10:30.

I get a text at just before noon and they asked me if I can come in "an hour" early. I tell them that that's not a problem and that I'll come in at 3:30 instead of 4:30, they then text back and ask if I would actually mind coming in at 3:00 to which I also say yes.

At about 12:30 I get another text message simply asking "how fast would you be able to come in?"

To make a long story short I end up going in just a little bit before 1:00 p.m.and I did not get out of there until after 1:00 a.m. .

So instead of my 6-hour shift I ended up working a 12-hour shift that essentially turned into a closing shift without all the extra closing duties even though I did help with them quite a bit.

On top of this we did not have enough help for the amount of business we did so deliveries were taking forever and of course that leads to more problems.

I completed 37 deliveries today and had 2 other ones cancel on me mid delivery.. which is always so nice,

Now don't get me wrong, I made absolute bank tonight, I cleared over $200 just in tips, not even figuring my hourly wage or my mileage.

But I am currently laying in bed watching Netflix feeling like I have been run over. It would legitimately take me less time to say which parts of my body don't hurt then it would to say which parts do.

WHAT THE FUCK?

I thought this was maybe a once or twice coincidence, but they always give us dip cups for no charge lol. And they're not skimpy about how many either.

The manager at the store was arguing with me until he was blue in the face that this was cooked. He said it’s their pan dough which is fluffier and this is how it is supposed to be.

That pizza was so GOOD with the Ketchup-mustard base instead of the regular pizza sauce (it literally tasted EXACTLY LIKE a cheeseburger) The chicken taco pizza they brought out at the same time was decent as well.

yall liked that last pizza pie so here’s some of my other famous creations (or monstrosities as my GM likes to say) first one is pizza pie as SLICES, so 14” size slices, split pasta, and oreo bites!! for oreo bites i line a cheesy bread with cinnamon glaze, then evenly distribute crushed oreos, then i roll cheesy bread horizontally, then butter on top for golden brown, then top with melted icing and cinnamon together!! marshmallow bites for the ones with the pink filling! yummmyyyyyy then my pizza sticks, cheesy bread topped as a pizza.Enjoy peeps :D

I went to go use it yesterday bc it was the last day before it expired and noticed it was no longer in my deals. So i went to the email and confirmed the date and copied the code and manually put it in, but it said it was no longer accepting it.

So looks like they decided to take away something I earned without any justifiable reason.

Can anyone confirm for US Dominos whether insiders are allowed to wear beanies or not? It is an official dominos beanie. The same one the drivers are allowed to wear.

I hate that as an insider I'm not allowed to wear a beanie. I wear it over my hat, I make sure it looks nice, and it's helping keep my hair even more out of the way and away from the food. But no. I'm risking the store getting a write up apparently for wearing a beanie when I am cold. I get cold easily and have a hard time regulating my body temp and a beanie helps out a lot.

I did talk to one of my managers and they said they wouldn't stop me from wearing it but to keep in mind we could get marked for it. I try to only wear it while doing prep anyways. But I have a tough time regulating my body temp and shiver very intensely when I'm even slightly cold lol. That's why I wear it, I do take it off eventually when I warm up enough but I'd rather be hot then getting body cramps from shivering too much :)

The staff at the Domino's I went to didn't know about the $5 promotion so they couldn't help. I showed them the email stating I had a coupon but it didn't show up in my deals. While I was there, another guy came in and had the same problem.
