My mil is away for a few days so my husband and I are visiting her cat Birdie a couple of times a day. Here’s her being cute today.

Fionn has started sleeping between us on rare nights if I give him treats in bed first 😹

Somedays it’s hard to get out of bed but then it’s their breakfast time and I can’t say no to these faces!

Truly Scrumptious has decided to let me onto HER bed. But it is time for her to get her beauty sleep.

Fionn was purring and lying stretched between the two of us. His dad readjusted in bed when he woke up for a moment and Fionn looked very annoyed at being jostled 😹

Fionn was originally supposed to be for me, a kitten to love after my last cat crossed the rainbow bridge. But no matter what happens, Fionn is bonded to his dad for life. He’s the ultimate daddy’s boy. Runs to greet him when he comes home, climbs on his lap for nuzzles without being called over, even watching everything he does like it’s the most fascinating thing in the world. I can’t even exaggerate how much Fionn loves his dad.

I had many strange names for him you can call him chiku or chua (rat in urdu which felt adorable to call him that).

He mispronounced the only word he usually said eeaun instead of meow🤭

And he had beady eyes which I adore!! They're too adorable :D

He’s loved it since he was a kitten! Although this was the previous chair since they keep breaking for me 😅

To start us up I thought I’d share my cat Fionn. He is often sitting on my shower chair and licking it because he’s a weird and silly boy.
