What’s the grossest thing your ex used to do while you were dating?

Probably not something physically gross, but something he told me specifically because he knew it would hurt me. He told me intimate details about another woman he had been with. It wasn't something I had asked to know, and he knew exactly how much it would hurt me. I think he said it deliberately to make me jealous and upset. The worst part is that the conversation ended, the relationship continued, and yet those details stayed in my head for a long time.
Even now, I sometimes wish I had never heard them. Not because of what he did with her, but because of how deliberately he chose to put those images in my head just to hurt me.

Weaponizing mental health. Examples:
He would often times claim he “should just ☠️” himself if an argument didn’t go his way.
Then, when I was diagnosed with BPD2, he would minimize every complaint by saying it was just my bipolar talking. I didn’t REALLY feel that way, I just needed more meds.
