Hate that shit.

I grew up in the 70s/80s and I really think the "Keep America Beautiful" PSAs helped. Yeah, the actor wasn't Indian but the campaign seemed to make a difference IMO.

Edit to add: Great job clipping the video, opening with plate/car shame, quick zoom to highlight the offense. All in 15 seconds.

I used to use the Don't Mess With Texas app and report people all the time for flicking cigarettes mainly, or littering with trash. They used to mail people humorous warning letters. Wish there was still something like that for trashy litter bugs.
