I'm not going to call it a great movie, the acting is ok and the story is kinda weak, but the premise is outstanding.

I recently saw the video of Osama bin Laden denying it first but of course he later claimed credit for the attacks , to those who say Israel were behind the attacks , I’m already aware Osama only said that so the cia wouldn’t catch him since they knew where he was during that time , but why would he admit it later , do you think Israel paid him to claim credit for it ?

I've noticed over the past year or so that the food I normally get has been degrading in quality and becoming grosser. I used to get the generic brand shredded cheddar from Kroger but I don't anymore because I noticed that it suddenly smells HORRIBLE. Cheese always has a smell to it but this is a whole different thing. I literally can't stomach it anymore, it smells horrible and rotten even if it's from a brand new bag. It makes me feel sick to my stomach. It's not just that cheese either it's every shredded cheese. I've started only getting "organic" cheese that comes in a block and I grate it myself. I've noticed similar stuff with other foods but it's the most apparent with cheeses. Maybe it's just me.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any theories?

I’m still shocked there has never been better leaked footage of the plane hitting the pentagon. I believe it was an inside job because there are so many coincidental things (like cia training and giving osama billions, insurance taken out on trade towers etc.). The government sure kicked into high gear from the crisis with the patriot act, to the wars in the Middle East, weapons of mass destruction.

So I was internet surfing and for some reason or another the subject of the uncanny valley came up, I had heard of the idea and knew I little bit I actually went in depth here. I found that scientists believe we evolved this ability to be able to tell if what we're seeing is really a human. Do tell me, why do we need an evolutionary trait to tell that just because something looks human, doesn't mean it is, and if it were because of some other species of human like some believe, why would it invoke a disturbing feeling of something being wrong and that you need to leave as soon as possible.

I started looking into this because I was researching the controversy around Redgrave and the film. Contemporary reporting is pretty clear about why the JDL was protesting her: four days before the Oscars, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency reported that the JDL had announced a demonstration against Redgrave’s nomination, with anger specifically focused on her involvement with The Palestinian and her support for the Palestinian cause.

Then it gets considerably more interesting.

On June 15, 1978, at about 4:26 a.m., a bomb exploded outside the Doheny Plaza Theater in Los Angeles, where The Palestinian was scheduled to open later that day. The opening was postponed for one night. The film was screened at the same theater the following evening.

A member of the Jewish Defense League was subsequently convicted of bombing the theater.

The ADL’s own historical chronology of the JDL records this:

August 30, 1978: a JDL member convicted of bombing the Los Angeles theater was sent to the California Youth Authority for a three-month psychological examination.

December 7, 1978: the same JDL member was sentenced to up to four years in the California Youth Authority, with credit for almost six months already spent in custody.

Here is what has sent me down the rabbit hole:

Who was he?

The ADL names plenty of people throughout its JDL chronology. Yet in both entries concerning this convicted bomber, he is simply described as “a JDL member.” Other summaries I’ve found do the same thing.

At first I assumed the California Youth Authority meant he must have been a juvenile and his identity was therefore protected. But that explanation isn’t automatically sufficient. The CYA also received offenders sentenced through adult courts during this period.

So I’m not claiming somebody “erased” his identity. I genuinely don’t know what explains it.

But we have:

A politically motivated bombing of an American movie theater.
A target directly connected to a major Hollywood controversy.
A conviction.
A sentence of up to four years.
And, so far, no name.

That seems unusual enough to investigate.

If anyone has access to Los Angeles Times, Herald Examiner, Beverly Hills court records, California Youth Authority records or other June–December 1978 local archives, I’d be very interested in anything identifying the convicted bomber.

Maybe there is an utterly mundane explanation. Maybe he was a minor. Maybe contemporary local coverage names him and the later histories simply omitted it.

But I’d rather find the primary record than guess.

Just sharing this for those who maybe havent seen it before. Easy to understand, hard to dispute in my opinion

Seeing “Jim” on the red carpet gave me one of the most unsettling, disturbing feelings in a long time. Like it’s so clearly not him. It doesn’t look like him physically, it doesn’t sound like his voice, and mostly importantly his personality / essence is completely out of character.

Not to mention the eerie emphasis this fake Jim put on phrases like “I’m DEAD,” before laughing.

I tend to think that this is someone in a very advanced mask rather than the popular clone theory, but either way it was definitely not the man we know.

And it’s gotten under my skin like an itch I can’t scratch.

The motivation for silencing Jim is obvious given all the things he was talking about, but who the hell is the person in the mask? What is their goal with making a public freak show like this with such an unconvincing replacement? Will Jim suddenly “die from an accident” in a couple months so they don’t have to keep up the charade forever? If “Jim” does more movies, are we going to listen to this weird imposter’s voice and just all pretend like it’s actually Jim?

Not to mention that when I tried to look up older pics of Jim to see when he first started looking like this, the oldest thing I could find was his bday party with a bunch of other comedians that they called “The Laugh Supper” and he’s wearing a Saturn t-shirt. Some kind of Order of Jesters ritual shit?

Anyone else feel haunted in a way by this whole situation?

1. For the people saying that it was Alexis Stone (the makeup artist) in a mask, Jim Carrey’s own publicist denies all the rumors and says that it’s Jim Carrey for real, not an impersonator. And Jim himself has not released any public comment on it that I can see, so I’m not sure wh

y people are saying that Jim came out to set the record straight, we haven’t heard from or seen him in person for 7 months now.

1. For the people saying it’s just plastic surgery… just lol. He doesn’t even have the same eye color. Not to mention that Jim is a notoriously anti-superficial person who built his career on having an extremely animated, flexible face, so destroying his money maker for vanity is one of the most out of character things he could ever do.

The current state of AI is basically just large data banks that act as memory storage similar to something like the Hippocampus. I think the people in charge of AI, in the public eye, are currently somewhat successful at creating this part of the brain. However, the theory I have is that they are not going to stop there. There are so many other systems of the human body they would have to replicate in order to effectly generate human life. They are likely trying to play god, and to definitively prove to themselves if there is a god, by seeing if life is truly such a sacred thing with no outside creator. To do this they would need a large amount of possibly alive humans to study on, and it would likely start with creating superintelligent cyborgs, integrating the part of the brain they have already created. Then they would try to recreate every other part of the body, because every other part of the body is somewhat needed in order to generate self sustaining conciousness, whether it be by the natural fluctuation of hormones or by the digestion of food to naturally create the parts that make up these hormones. I don't really see any other possible reason to try and essentially destroy the entire planet for ai. But that's just a theory. Maybe I'm over thinking just a little bit 😂

Me personally, I would choose to have the knowledge of what really happened to MA370.
