New worker come in name redacted but she was 20 and when she came in she had a don't give a dam or i don't care type of attitude well. Few days pass we notice alot of her friends from university were coming in when she work those day almost all were from the athletic side we come to find out after me and a coworker saw she was giving people free food and giving her 50 discount to all her friends. My coworker told our manager if people could do that she said no and then went to the office told me to stay with her and see the cameras while I was in my break well we saw that she was giving away food while everyone was busy she didn't swipe the card to turn on the screen and she would act like she was doing the process of the purchase. After that we saw her give out our fountain drink cups even though they ask for the water cups in total she Gave out 900 dollars worth of food for free and counting. Same day she got confronted she got mad they called her out and then the next week on Saturday what a coincidence she gives her two week notice and says she broke her ribs.

I just think that Chipotle should give at least one free beer to closing employees. I would work harder if I knew I was getting a beer after close. Hardly anyone seems to be buying the beer and we are keeping a big stash on camera in the office to hoard. I get off work late sometimes, gas station is no longer serving beer. It's annoying.
-no one is buying the beer
-we have extra beer
-employees with a beer reward work better

it's flavor, to me, was just perfect by itself (i asked to try it in a cup) and it really is fantastic with all of the other flavors. what do you think?

It's an all-round better option, while being similar enough to adobo chicken that having both is kind of silly. I'd go back to eating Chipotle 5x/week if this was always an option.

Mannnnnn đŤđŤđŤđŤđŤđŤđŚđŚđŚđŚâ¤ď¸âđĽđŽâđ¨ i love the carne asada so muchhhhhhhh. i really wish it would come back !!!! đđ i would get double every time i went and they had it. i really wish they would add it as a permanent menu item, im completely fine with phasing out one meat for permanent carne asada. maybe i should start a petition. all i know is that there is a hole in my heart that can't be filled. BRING IT BACK CHIPOTLE!!!!!

Iâm just here to vent. Ordered from Chipotle twice in the last week. First order was a bowl with steak. There was 3 pieces of steak. 3. Tonight I orders again and ordered Pollo Asado with extra portion, so paid extra for the pollo Asado and extra for the double portion. Got exactly zero chicken.
Because I ordered from Uber Eats I am not allowed to context chipotle through their help system.
Super frustrating. Think Iâve finally reached the point of no more chipotle.

No, they didnât.
Itâs 10 PM. There are only 3 burrito places open within a 20-mile radius.
All 3 are Chipotle. None has over 3.2 stars
Iâd rather go to bed hungry.
I miss 2015 Chipotle.
Good night

Hi Iâm an employee whoâs been working with the company for now 2 years at my hometown which is pretty much in the middle of nowhere with a small population. Now Iâm currently having a issue with my current GM manager. suddenly after getting a new field leader sheâs been terrorizing the dish washer me and another person when I clock in at 5:30pm I get told we canât be on dishes until 7:30 and I go in the back and not a single dish was done throughout the day prep dishes still being there⌠then I realize I have to take my lunch after 7:30 so I come at 8. 2 hours to clean everything thatâs been dirty throughout the day. What makes things worse is that the GM complains about our labor we spend to much time after closing and if we do she cuts our hours but wait thatâs not the ONLY THING if she sees you doing a bad job like dishes still being dirty after cleaning even a tiny tiny piece of rice on any of the dishes she cuts our hours. I am this close to just walking out literally leaving all the dishes dirty until 10 and just dipping. You can say itâs the new field leader enforcing the rules or what not but weâve met him itâs the kindest person even helps out if he sees someone stressed. I started to put the minimum pay minimum work mindset meaning most if not all dishes are still dirty even after cleaning I will NO LONGER stress myself for this job.
(I forgot to mention that the GM doesnât close so she leaves at 8 exact or earlier doesnât even attempt to help or nothing)
At this location thereâs way to many problems for example she hires but doesnât train anyone even if she does train someone she expects you to do it perfectly first time after sheâs shown you. Iâm sure this is common in other chipotles but favoritism in my first year Iâve worked here I get only 5 hours a week and all her favorites got 30 or more. We actually used to have a manager that would over stock our supplies so we donât run out and got in trouble for it every single time until she left and the GM did the ordering now half if not all our customers barely get what they ordered for. Since we constantly have new grills bc old ones canât stand our GM they canât keep up cooking chicken or any other meats she would start skimping on things especially on online I see half of those little salsa cups of chicken on a bowl marked double protein.
I already started sending applications out once I secured another job like I said leave all the dishes till closing and walking out⌠in my initial year I actually enjoyed working here. I miss my old crew

A few months ago our store got a "new" GM who hates me. If somebody doesn't like me as a person that's fine, but I've always been known as a hard worker and so I would expect managers to be able to act like adults. But this manager got our old AP transferred just bc she didn't like him, calls our coworker "it" and makes fun of him for being trans, and will always roll her eyes when I say anything or tell me to shut up. I used to always do DML bc I'm one of the fastest on it, but my last couple shifts she put me on line, and when I guess when that didn't irritate me she told me to open grill on a Sunday morning and gave me a 2 minute rundown despite the fact I've never done it. There was a kitchen leader, 2 BOH trainers, and an SL in training working; she only sent one of them to help me when I was drowning. Then right before I leave she conveniently "forgot" there were 2 caterings due in 30 minutes and sent my coworker up there to help me. I was pissed, I had 2 exams the next day, and I had plans after work so I asked my coworker if she was fine to handle it and clocked out when I was scheduled to. Well now I'm scheduled 6 hours this week and not at all next week, and I know we have the labor for it because the GM is still hiring ppl. GM was also the AP when they pulled this exact scheduling shit with my sister; and when she picked up a shift management had an SL text her that she was actually fired. I'm not playing a game of chicken with someone ten years older than me, so I found a new job and start tomorrow. I get scholarships so I don't rely on tuition reimbursement and this new job is way closer to my house anyways. I think I'm just going to text her right before my last shift on Sunday, and I might even make a report about her to Respectful Workplace for all the bullying and discrimination she shows to all the coworkers she doesn't like.

It looks like the burrito bowl hack may be an actual âhackâ but whatâs more interesting is how much less of a good deal the three taco order isâŚ

I live in a pretty nice city in the Midwest, so most fast food chains are ran pretty well. Itâs not like Wendyâs in the ghetto at 11pm. Iâm a huge chipotle fan, but the last couple years Iâve gotten tired of the cycle where you walk in and there are brand new people (usually young teenagers) and you can definitely tell the prep and especially the chicken wasnât done right. Either heavily over seasoned or no seasoning at all. Itâs frustrating because itâs so expensive just to roll the dice on some mediocre food. When itâs done right, I think itâs worth it. The only benefit to new people, is sometimes they hook you up cause they either donât know, or donât care.

So, I had a job interview last Friday and I got interviewed by some woman for like 10-15 minutes and she wrote down notes about the answers to her questions. Then she told me at the end of it that the main hiring manager wasn't there and that she was the assistant hiring manager. She after that said she would forward what I'd said to the main hiring manager and told me it would take 1-2 weeks to get a response. And to write down my email and phone number. Is this a good sign? Should I apply to other Chipotle's in the meantime near my area since there's like 3 or 4 other ones?
