Meta No more posts about how the fries look in the packaging.
While yes, it is frustrating, it is posted about constantly and doesn’t bring any value to this community.
If you’re wondering why this happens: - Fries deflate. The packaging should be full when it is initially filled, but after ~5 minutes, it begins to deflate. This is just the nature of fries.
Thank you for understanding. If you have any suggestions about what you’d like to see in this community, please comment below what those are or send us modmail.

Chicken and Waffles - Damn Good!
Finally had a breakfast meal. 2 meals came to 24 bucks - one with a cold brew (medium) and one with a diet lemonade (medium).
Had mine with spicy chicken and it was such a great mix with the sweetness of the waffle.
Will definitely get it at least one more time before it goes bye-bye.

Tried to use rewards in mobile app 3 times but was charged
Went to ChickFilA a few weeks ago because I had a reward for a free 3 piece chicken strips. Placed the order on the mobile app and added a few other things as well. All looked good, the total price showed the reward as being applied to the order. Picked up the order, but about 30 minutes later, got a message that the price had been adjusted, and I was charged for the chicken strips.
Figured it was some kind of glitch, so a week later I went back and tried to use the reward again, and the same thing happened. So not wanting to give up, I tried one more time a week after that and it looked like the reward was applied, but again in the end the reward did not work.
So in total, I wound up paying for the chicken strips, 3 times, when they were supposed to be free. I talked to ChickFilA customer servce and they said they could not give a refund, but they offered me more free chicken strips. LOL.

Quart of Ice Dream
I used to be able to get a quart of Ice Dream. Now, the only thing you can get is a piddly half cup in a cardboard cup that melts quickly. My question: what happens to the remaining Ice Dream at closing? Could I come by a few minutes before closing, with my own container, and buy a quart??

Guest Question Why did they change the grilled nuggets recipe?
I used to love their grilled chicken nuggets - it tasted just like the Costco chicken skewer. Today I got the grilled nuggets and was shocked how salty it was. It was inedible for me… the store staff was nice and gave me another cup but taste was the same. Apparently they changed the recipe in past years?

Store/region-specific My local Chick Fil A still has their Dolly Parton sign up 🦋
A few stores still have their dolly memorial signs up. One of the two Chick fil a locations still has their sign up on one side. I noticed it Thursday night but got a picture of it this morning.

Guest Question What to do after weekend about an insanely rude/ aggressive employee who refused to give me my catering order?
Curious how people think I should proceed after the Labor Day weekend. I had placed a catering order for a medium nugget tray two weeks before today. I could see they charged me about 30 minutes before I went to pick up my order (got the email). I get there and I do acknowledge I was 20 minutes late. This young man comes out and in a very snarky attitude tells me I can’t have my tray. I was genuinely so confused and asked why. He said I was late and so they couldn’t accommodate me. I said I already got the email that showed they charged me? What did they do with my order? He couldn’t give me an answer and just kept reiterating that I was late. I was supposed to pick up at 9:00, and got there at 9;20. Our store closes at 10:00. He said they wouldn’t have time to make the nugget tray, which I again said didn’t make sense. He refused to help me when I even pointed out I could’ve put the pick up time as late as 9:45. I asked if he then could just give me nuggets in boxes of an equal amount. He again said no and refused to help me.
What should I ask for on Tuesday to rectify this?

Guest Question Mobile Order refund
Recently I did a mobile order and when I return home I discovered a sandwich was missing. The app did have an option to correct it by issuing a reward but the reward had a time limit of a month. This is not ideal.
I tried to contact Chick-fil-A but they indicated that partial mobile refund are not allowed. They forwarded my request to the store, but they won’t tell be what will happen next. What will happen next? I suppose I can call up credit card and have them do a charge back.

Guest Question CFA keeps charging me for applied replacement reward ? Happening to anyone else ?
I have tried to claim this reward 4 times now. I don’t even normally order the 12 because they’re a bit expensive for me. I usually only get 5, but wanted to treat myself and got 12. I got given an 8 count by the restaurant and they reimbursed me with this reward.
Every time I apply it, it shows the total as if the reward is applied, but then will charge me the full amount without ever displaying it to me. The reward remains on the account as if I ever used it.
Is this happening to anyone else ?

A heart from CFA
I won again, breakfast today was fire! Look at my sandwich! Town Madison in Huntsville, AL strikes again 🔥🔥🔥
Glad I woke up early to get breakfast. Whoever made my order did a great job. Food fresh, and they took extra care of my ingredients.

Chicken and waffles is wretched
I remember when Zaxby's tried this promo and it was revolting, but chickfila's is even worse. The whitest company ever wants to make something invented for jazz musicians in harlem.

Guest Question The s’more’s frosted coffee is too sweet
Am I the only one that thought the new s’mores frosted coffee was way too sweet? It tastes good but the sweetness makes it hard to have more than a spoonful at a time. I get other frosted drinks from chick fil and I’ve never had one this sweet.

Chick-fil-a Friday’s paid off - new status unlocked
Take the family here almost every Friday - it’s one of the few foods my 2yo will eat lol
Not sure I’ll take advantage of any of the benefits. Also not sure if this is an achievement or a sign we eat too much cfa

Most underrated items?
For me it would have to be spicy southwest salad and chicken cool wrap. I replace the dressing on the cool wrap with sweet and spicy siracha sauce. 🙌

Chicken and waffles
Was curious enough to give it a try. Very impressed with the waffle quality. Chicken breast is delicious, and the bacon isn’t bad but could be a little less soggy. Overall worth trying once for novelty. It’s the only fast food that consistently doesn’t disappoint us.

Guest Question What happened to my beloved salads?
I’ve always gotten these, but today the chicken looks lacking. Usually you can tell that it’s one breast sliced on top. This looks separated and like it was pushed around to appear as more. Like when I was a kid and I’d spread my food all around my plate so it looked like I ate some. Is this normal?

Anyone else avoid eating the paper residue on an Icedream Cone?
Free cones from CFA points is my guilty pleasure but the inevitable paper/gluey residue when I peel off the paper grosses me out so I always eat around it.
