Does anyone know how to contact GGG Chemnitz directly?
Hello everyone,
I am currently trying to rent a student apartment through GGG Chemnitz, but I am not able to contact them. I’ve sent a few emails, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply yet.
Does anyone here know if they have a WhatsApp number or any other way to contact them more easily? If anyone has recently rented an apartment through them and knows the best way to contact them, I would really appreciate your help.

As someone living in a GGG place: Their email response time is horrendous. You're better off either going to the office during opening hours or call them.

Do you have any WhatsApp no of someone from ggg as I am not currently in germany. I want to sort out my accomodation before arriving there

Did you try the mail address wohnung@ggg.de?
When I rented my apartment, I did so by visiting the office. I looked up an available flat on their website.
BTW, none of the major landlords in Chemnitz offer any service via WhatsApp (GGG and several co-operative landlords, Tag Wohnen). One exception : „Grand City Properties“. You might have to look for private renters or estate agents which do that. But in general, the service at GGG or cooperatives is better.

GGG sure does operate in a weird way, until last week they replied me regularly for all my room enquiries, but for past 1 week they are completely silent.

Through email,they contacted me first when I applied in their website

I have rented fromm GGG in the past. There is No WhatsApp as far AS i remember. They have contact information in their Website (Email and Phone number). On their Website they also have listed their Service hours and Locations If you want to Talk to them directly, under the condition, that you are already in Chemnitz and would be able to Go there directly.
Otherwise idk when you contacted them. Maybe they need more time to answer, If you wrote to them recently.
