This is, without a doubt, the most well-coached, perfectly executed game of Penn State football I have ever seen in my life. 4 passing TDs for Rocco, no turnovers, the third string QB got playing time, and two takeaways from true freshmen on defense.

Minimal penalties as well. Hard to think what could make this debut more perfect.

If I were being the absolute nitpickiest, I would say I would’ve love to seen more explosion from the run game.

The run game is our weak spot. I don’t expect it to improve drastically over the season, BUT the fundamentals are there.

Depth is there too, I think! I don’t think any RB made a statement today, but I think all 4 had moments that showed us they’ve got it.
