These battered fries are terrible, way worse than their old fries which I thought were good (difficult for takeout but fries never really travel well - even good ones aka McDonald’s). But even worse is my best friend who I went to BWW with weekly has gluten/celiac issues and can’t even eat them, they tried them without realizing this week and got so sick before I tried and realized they were different/worse as well. Can’t understand why they’d do this and truly haven’t talked to anyone who enjoys them, including the staff at my local restaurant. Is anyone else bummed or are people really enjoying this new style/recipe? Battered fries have never been something I’ve enjoyed so super disappointed

Over the last 2-3 weeks my location seems to have changed their Blazin Knockout recipe. And...it's not good. It honestly reminds me of their first generation Blazin sauce from over ten years ago.

Is this just my store messing it up, or is this something that's happening nation-wide? AI is giving me both answers. Really annoying.

Really bummed since the last two persons of Blazin have been so good. Hot, but really great flavor. This is just a weird, confused mess and not even that hot.

Well, I moved recently and there's a BWW here. I absolutely loved the burger and fries. But tell me, why was this tiny sliver of cake $8.99? I don't know. I expected more. I don't have a banana because I'm allergic but I have a naproxen bottle for scale.

Sad that it’s advertised everywhere online, shows as available for takeout through the app only, but all the stores in the Washington/Oregon show it as not available at this location. a bummer, but on the bright side, it incentivizes me to eat healthier today!

I don’t know BWW is finding these people, is the second time in a month that I have had to get up from my booth and get my own refill. I was about half full on my soda when a runner brought my wings to the table. I assumed the server would be coming by in a few minutes to check of everything was ok, so I didn’t ask for a refill right then. 10 minutes later I’m sitting there with wild and spicy garlic wings and no soda. So, I just get up and walk over to the soda dispenser and get my own refill.

Don’t they train servers to check on the diners a few minutes after receiving their meal to make sure nothing is missing or they need anything? I know this is not fine dining, but the old two minutes or two bites rule should still be valid regardless.

the Buffalo chips are back and I was so stoked to get in and have them again..waaaaa waaa. do my dismay they are not the same. the Buffalo chips we love have ridges, like ruffles. these are just not hittin’ like they use to. horrible

Hi all, I just got hired at BWW and want to know if I should get a server book or not. I'm not sure how necessary it would be as tablets are used to enter orders and card payments are done at the table. Thoughts?

I have tried to order from two different locations that advertise BOGO Thursday. Once a few weeks ago by work and now by home. What am I missing?

The Hot Bbq is not the original Hot Bbq that was on the menu before it was removed.

It's the same Hot Bbq that they bring back as an LTO, which to me is disgusting. The original was sweet and spicy. This one has a strong vinegar flavor and is just nasty to me.

So don't make the same mistake I do every time they bring it back as an LTO and expect the original Hot Bbq.

Multiple times from 3 separate locations. These are Lemon pepper dry rub, original buffalo, wild, and Asian zing. Ive know terrible drug dealers that dont cut this bad. Your sauce options are turning into LaCroix “they were deep fried next to the sauces”.

Well, y'all did it. You guys finally got so cheap and greedy that you're no longer offering your lunch combos in my area. I'm not sure if it's just my area or everywhere, but this is just wild.

I don't know who the big-brained corporate genius is making these decisions, but I think I'm done with BWW for good. You took the only item off your menu that was worth the cost for me. Now everything is just overpriced garbage.

You guys are no longer competitive. There's a Dave's Hot Chicken, Wingstop, Popeyes, KFC, and a food cart that makes fried chicken literally across the street. And now that the lunch combo is gone, every single one of those places is now cheaper by at least a few dollars.

Brilliant strategy, guys. You guys saved a few dollars by not offering your lunch combo and successfully purged the lunch rush entirely. No wonder you guys are circling the drain.

i hadnt been to BW3 in a while, I saw the promo and got excited. i added 40 wings to my order and was ready to get some. but the deal didnt load.

i saw the reward details its only dine-in and only works once for an order of 15 wings max.

Since the new trivia update months ago I've been having issues with getting the rewards. I'm checked in and getting the points but I don't see the reward the next day. Does it matter that if I check in after or before I start playing trivia to get the points? I've done it both ways and haven't gotten the reward. For the past 2 weeks I've been testing it and tried to get the free soda reward everyday. I get around 150-200 pts and no reward.

I keep getting an error that says "Next available time slot not found"
