With black beans, corn, Hatch green chile, cheddar and Monterey cheese, and base of blue corn tortilla chips with Hatch red chile sauce. Served with an over easy egg.

Made this cherry pie overnight oats recipe when the cherries first came in season. My daughter has now asked me to make it every single week!

Lower in sugar (and healthier) than you might think!

Two-egg omelette with thin Fleischkäse slices and cheese instead, seasoned with Rührei-Gewürz, with tomatoes, basil / basil chiffonade, salted cucumber slices and Körner toast. With a chai tea latte.

Pancake batter containing diced peaches and cinnamon, a layer of cocoa spread sticking the beauties together, a couple of flowers thrown in there for aesthetic

Originally there was two crisp breads but I was so hungry that I forgot to take the picture.

Anyway since autumn has come to Sweden and I am low on iron I made myself crisp bread with liver pâté today. The cheese is a cheap very mild cheese and the pickles are called ”smörgåsgurka” and are kind of a mix between sweet and sour. Autumn is also the reason for the hot chocolate. I don’t drink coffee so if I want a hot beverage I make this or tea. Usually I just drink water though.
