I would say my go to breakfast is steamed eggs, chicken feet broth, and maybe tiny amount of avocado or a small amount of another vegetable?

Dear Lord,

Please give us wisdom to pick foods that will truly nourish the body You have blessed us with. Please allow our bodies to be able to absorb the nutrients needed so our bodies can work as efficiently as possible, so we can focus on our purpose of loving You and loving others. In Jesus’ name I pray and believe these things will be done according to Your will. Amen 🙏
