Need a small lawn mowed - Mount Pleasant

Hi, I have a small patch of fresh sod (about 6–8 ft × 6–8 ft) in front of my townhouse that needs its first trim/mow. I don’t have the equipment as a first time home buyer.

Looking for someone who can do a one-time cut and cleanup. I'm near the Mount Pleasant area.

If there are any relevant existing posts or local recommendations, please point me to them. Thanks!

Get yourself one of those spinning push mowers. No gas, no electricity, no maintenance, just elbow grease. Perfect for a smaller yard.

Honestly you’re best off either

1. buying lawn equipment now
2. killing it all and planting a rain garden
3. Make friends with your neighbours and see if they can let you borrow theirs just this once.

I also had to buy lawn equipment when I bought my first house and money was tight. I get it. But the idea that this is a one-time cut will be disproven in about 2 weeks.

Just buy equipment. I didnt same thing and it turned out i kight as well added a few dollars and bought one.

Buy a line trimmer.

If that’s the only patch of grass you have to worry about I’d recommend switching to turf instead. Not worth storing a lawnmower for something that small
