Advice Self service car wash?

Does anyone know of any good self service car washes that's aren't scammy near Birmingham, preferably closer to Leeds/Moody? I have a convertible and would prefer to not send it through an automatic wash.

Not in the area you’d prefer, but there’s one at 335 Decatur Highway in Gardendale

the convertible bit is the part nobody's touched on yet. self serve is the right call over a rollover, but if its a fabric top the spray wand is what actually gets you, not the machine — people hold it a foot off and walk it straight across the seam where the top meets the glass, and thats how water ends up on the seats.

keep it back further than feels necessary and run along the seams rather than across them. and dont put the foam brush anywhere near the fabric, it's been dragged over whoevers truck was in the bay before you.

Yes good point. I need a new top anyway, so I definitely need to know how to properly take care of it.
