Who has the best fresh and tasty empanadas?

Dolce Pavlovas (Venezuelan place that shares a building with Herradura & Donas donuts next to Whiskey Foxtrot in downtown Homewood). They’re only open from 3-9 pm though. And they’re Venezuelan empanadas which are different with a cornmeal dough.

I've only had them from the Raceway in Bessemer, and they have chicken or potato. I love the chicken, with green sauce.

Dolce Pavlova in Homewood. Split a space so they have strange hours so make sure to check.
