Other No Port for the women?
Genuine q - why is the Port not here?

Because we don't have a woman's team, we've never played a single game before today's joke.
The squad today was made up of Wellington players and players from Auckland United and a smattering of Australian clubs. The event at Eden Park was a farce, I pity anyone that was suckered into paying good money for it.

- Not a official statement*
Some people here and also at some fb groups should get a fucking grip.
Go to Bay 21-23 complaining about language, flags, tifos, that people dont sit, bla bla bla.
Go to active area can't even be bothered to clap time to time...
Disappear if raining, disappear if a good sunshine, disappear if long weekend
too hot to go, too cold to go, to early, too late, too far...
Games all season ranging from 10k to 14k, finals packed...
BUT BUT somehow the Port have a "obligation " to be in a friendly match to "have some vibe"...
BE THE VIBE THAT YOU WANT.
*not a official statement *

Coz most of these players won't even be in the actual team

I just knew this post was coming. Nothing better to do than complain about the port not being at a women's game.
First of all, it was a selection of women who haven't played together before, made up of wellington phoenix players, in a pre season game. All meaning nothing...
Guarantee the OP hasn't stood in the rain in bay 22 to support the men, sitting in the nosebleed seats up at the back but is the first to slag the port off when it comes to this

Firstly, I said in the post that it was a genuine question not a criticism.
Secondly, I’ve been a season ticket holder since the beginning. I’ve missed one game and that was when my daughter was born.
Third, you’re a dick.

Considering this is the soft launch for a women's team, it's a good question

I think you know why
Disgraceful from supposed "ultra" fans

2/10 troll attempt
•

Not even a troll attempt, just a genuine stupid thing to moan about😂

Because it was a friendly with one team that doesn’t actually exist. Seemed a bit weird. Once we get a team I will definitely support but this just seemed odd……

A lot of them were. Me included. But it just wasn't an organised and a "sit here for active support" thing. I took my family and had a nice time. Woman's football is different to mens, it's much more of a family / friendly vibe
