Only tried Khinkali (with spinach instead of meat in it) but Lobiani looks the tastiest.

I've never seen it with spinach but in Pankisi Kist people make it with nettles, it's good

That's a Kakhetian dish in general. In fact, there are quite a few khinkali varieties people don't know - garlic khinkali for example. But with spinach? Never heard of that.

EDIT: I did some googling and all I found is some modernized khinkali variant where spinach is used to dye the dough. It's definitely not traditional.

My brother bought home some one day, i guess he chose vegetarian Khinkali because the restaurant didnt have halal Meat 😅.

I really like milk products, things like Elarji and Gebjalia. Of course all the classics are great, khinkali etc. Just that it can get boring. Also I sincerely prefer the way Georgians spice meats in kebabs and similar dishes with stuff like dried barberry to anyone else.
