NSFW Spicy Peppers šŸŒ¶ļø Unable to share figure drawings on relevant subreddits. Are there any drawing/sketching subs that allow nudity?

I wanted to share some sketches that I did at a figure drawing party this weekend. I don’t usually draw people, and this was my second time drawing figure with a live model. Where can I share work that would not be considered a porn subreddit?

Even less detailed drawings that are more contours than naked people get taken down.

Does [r/drawing](r/drawing) not allow classical nudes? Edit - hm I guess they don’t. I tried searching for classical art or nude art subs and not much is coming up. Wellp…

Addendum. You can try r/artist and r/artists. Both accept tasteful nudity but it must be flagged NSFW.

r/drawing used to, my figure drawings were getting good response. Then, they suddenly banned NSFW drawings.

r/sketches also banned it

r/Art was a similar story, they allowed it and my drawings were getting massive responses, then they "banned" it. I think a Mod actually said that it was the Reddit filters that were making NSFW being taken down, so you had to then message the Mod and have them restore the post. I think they allow it again now

r/NSFWart is for nude art, but it is mostly hardcore and not really tasteful works

I don't understand why NSFW drawings became so taboo the past few years, it was fine on all these subs when I started posting them around 2020/2021.

Thank you. It is weird, but I guess it is to keep the gooner art off of the subs.

We aren’t huge fans of the word (it’s been used here in the past to bully people, this is not the case in this context haha) but yeah I get what you mean, also that stuff is incredibly hard to moderate and gets super unhinged a lot of the time.

Yeah I don’t use it to bully. I am talking about the context of an art subreddit in which someone posting their drawings of their fetishes. I’m all for working out your fetish with art. Just post it in the appropriate spaces. I want to get into shibari figure drawing, but I would not post those drawings in a traditional art sub.
