I’ve follow Alec for a long time now, very impressive how he has learned all these skills over the years and the persistance to learn new skills for difficult tasks

Where does he get the money?
I remember seeing stuff a long time ago in Montana. Maybe right after he graduated from college?
I don't watch his stuff religiously, I don't have that much time. Maybe he's said what the actual business is at some point?
But I always kind of assumed he just had rich parents. The accent is definitely not one that the poorer areas of the UK have commonly. He went overseas for school... I hang no idea.

Where does he get the money?
It's difficult to estimate Youtuber income because the demographics of their viewers, types of sponsorships, and other metrics like retention all affect income - but it's reasonable to assume he makes more than $500,000 USD yearly from Youtube/sponsorships.
For reference, a Youtuber and streamer with ~8m subscribers (Alec has 3 million) recently disclosed >800k monthly revenue, principally from sponsorships.

Nowadays it’s all YouTube and ad revenue. He used give blacksmith courses and had daily vlogs. The first years he worked his ass off to get where he is now. There also used to be merchandising and tools, but I believe the mark ups were too low to keep going.

Alec is the makers maker. Dude is incredibly entertaining and very talented while still being open to learning and constantly showing gaps in his knowledge on purpose. 10/10 bloke

I love Alec Steele, especially how you see his thought process, how he goes making mistakes and really learning from it to get to his goal.
