Health Does anyone else feel completely dead inside?

I have suffered an episode of quite severe anxiety since April of this year and while I have improved a lot, I now feel totally dead inside and no longer have any interest in anything. Has anyone else experienced this? I just feel like a walking corpse and see no point in even existing any longer. What made me...,. me, has gone.

almost every day , i watch cartoons and keep writing on a journal to cope with it.
somehow over the garden wall has helped a lot and got me productive again. Then the show ended and i started feeling worse again . now i watch Hilda in between my study sessions to keep things at bay. For some reason i think getting a cat will help but idk.

Are you on meds

No. I take St John's Wort and have for years. Also take Magnesium & Valerian for sleep. I was reluctant to go on Meds as I read that they can make anxiety even worse.

Yes same, started taking propanalol which takes the edge off but doesn’t alter my brain
