Performance Anxiety and Public Speaking

Public speaking triggers severe performance anxiety for me. My heart races, my voice trembles as if I'm about to cry, my eyes water, and my mind goes completely blank during Q&A sessions. Even though I hold a high-level position and practice beforehand, I feel like public speaking could sabotage my career. I'm nervous about whether my pres.cribed 10 mg of propranolol will be effective against these symptoms.
