Correct me if I'm wrong: cops are working class traitors BECAUSE they ARE included in the working class, yet they condemn crimes committed by the working class, while the ruling class gets away with white collar crime daily.

I was talking to my parents and realized that there isn't a single candidate being supported here in Brazil. Whoever wins, no one will be satisfied. This made me think back to the attempted coup in 2022 and wonder why there isn't a major anarchist movement in Brazil.

Estaba hablando con mis padres y me di cuenta de que aquí en Brasil no hay un solo candidato que tenga un apoyo significativo. Gane quien gane, nadie quedará satisfecho. Esto me hizo recordar el intento de golpe de Estado de 2022 y preguntarme por qué no existe un gran movimiento anarquista en Brasil.

Bonjour tout le monde, cela fait depuis quelques mois que l'anarchisme correspond le plus à ce que souhaiterait établir en société, ( en notant pour les incultes, que l'anarchisme n'est ni le désordre ni le chaos ).

Il y a peu de temps, j'ai pris contact avec la liaison Corse de la fédération anarchiste francophone afin de les rejoindre. N'ayant toujours pas de retour depuis une semaine, est t'il possible de savoir s'il y a des anarchistes comme moi dans ce subreddit afin que l'on y crée un groupe ensemble soit sur discord ou un forum.

An anarchist globe has to be environmentalist, I think we agree on this.

I use as little plastic as I can every day, though obviously there are limitations wherever I don't really have a choice. Whenever I have to use it, I make sure to recycle it whenever possible and find other purposes for it.

This got me thinking, how possible is it to build an anarchist society that employs and produces the least amount of plastic possible. There are lots of daily uses of plastic which are disgustingly wasteful and unnecessary. However, I'm wondering about those parts of our life where the use of plastic is truly inevitable even in an ideal state of things.

Hello everyone, this is something I've been really struggling with since I got out of College and I doubt that I'm the only one but I find it so difficult to find time for praxis ever since I started working full time and now have people I need to take care of.

Does anyone here have any tips or strategies that can be used to find time for praxis?

Hey yall! I have been watching youtubers like Anark, Andrewism and reading things on the anarchist library. I wouldn't say I'm an anarchist yet as I think I'm still a Marxist at heart but I would classify myself as Libertarian Socialist. (If we have to get technical, Council Communism)

But what has really wowed me is how Anarchists give a much better road map or idea of how to organize in your local community that not only highlights the idea of Horizontal power but also makes people into active political agents.

What I mean is that it feels like most people politically only vote and nothing else. I think voting is good and very important for the midterms in the USA especially but it can not be the be all end all of political action. Because the feeling of "Im waiting for midterms or this politician I like to get elected" puts you in the backseat of political action. It feels as if Politics is happening to you and that you have no real way to steer the ship.

I was watching Black Flag Civllians video on this and listened to a speech a former black panther turned Anarchist gave on this topic as well and it really opened my eyes. The Black Panther party was most dangerous because of Mutual aid like free food for kids and even set up ways to get check ups and taught self defense. That it really only takes a small amount of people focused on one thing and you can make a difference in the present.

I joined my local Mutual Aid group near me and im going to go to my 1st meeting this later this month and I cant wait! Previously before looking into this stuff I was saddened that things like food, clothing and medicine are not provided by the state. I would say I still am but after my research I realize that if I'm so sad about it then I should just do it instead!

Non state Mutual aid or other good Anarchist/Horizontal projects are immune from one of the bad things about state aid. State aid can be revoked and underfunded and is under threat by this administration and others before it. But no wealthy donor can make me not help my community and so non state mutual aid while also has its problems is more stable in my view at least in this current moment.

I dont really know why I'm posting this besides wanting to talk about this recent epiphany it feels I've had.

With ice moving like it is, I feel like we should organize a little, and if anyone in nyc feels similarly I’d love to meet up sometime and discuss things. I don’t really have anything in particular planned, just the vague idea of like, patrolling high risk areas and discussing the logistics of that.

I've recently concluded that a particular creator I became interested in was accusing other of relying on AI in bad faith, basically bad jacketing whoever he disagrees with.

In the past, I've had a snitch jacketer accuse me of being cop-adjacent and they later changed their mind. I know that when I was young, I was also prone to snitch jacketing people during disagreements.

I'm wondering—are there good resources for the psychology of bad jacketing? How to protect a space from it as well would be great.
