How to move forward..

Hi I’m a software engineer working for FAANG company in Hyderabad, I had lot of friends and we use to roam a lot in Hyderabad, and I had got a job offer in FAANG, and I moved out of my previous company and now I have a decent job.. but recently I’m exhausted of all the things and I don’t want to ruin my adult life and due to FOMO I started going out even if I’m exhausted… any honest advice from reddit folks..? Since we don’t know how to lead the life, I’m always having fomo I’m not doing enough or having fear of aging..

PS: my grammar might not be right, please bear..

I would say going out should not be the true source of FOMO - I think your focus should shift to travel and seeing the world. I went out a lot in my 20s and now I’m in late 30s with a baby and I don’t really miss “going out” it all felt kind of empty and repetitive after a while. What I am so grateful I did in my 20s was travel to other countries. Now I love to settle into a quiet cozy life because I have seen a lot of the world and I appreciate home.
