Anyone know if this has cultural background, or is it just really weird??

I found this random collection of things in my yard 2 nights ago. One of the dolls face looks to be burnt. There’s also a lululemon wallet with nothing in it, A bandana, a little clip thing, and realized the next morning that my mailbox was covered with a scarf. I’m guessing someone on drugs may have done this but really not sure. Mainly concerned bc it all looks to be from a young female??

Thought you guys might appreciate this! Was a random house and there were many more black doll statue things to the side. Tried googling the place but there's no mention of them or why they are there. On google maps they are visible since 2024 so I guess someone put them there for some reason I can't quite know.

What do you think of this, also many videos that talks about how some important (humans) are actually shapeshifting reptiles or they worship them, many theories. Do you think that this is also some kind of a soft disclosure?
